Always an amazing experience each time i go into Lougheed Laser Center. I always feel heard and there’s always a solution to any skin concern that i have. What really sets this place apart is how the staff relate to you on a personal level. They don't just treat you like another patient; they take the time to get to know you and understand your needs. This personalized approach made all the difference in my treatment and overall experience. The customer service representatives deserve an award tbh, they are so good . Also, Kelly and Julie are fantastic, i cant thank them enough. Thank you to the amazing team for always making my visit so positive! With their help, i have been able to keep my acne at bay and maintain a radiant look.
I thought it would be good to drop this review as it might help someone else experience this greatness.

Dr. Grace is THE BEST!!!! She doesn’t over sell or focus on the negatives of my aging. She always asks what my budget is before the service, to make sure I am comfortable with the amount and pricing.
I have followed her from a previous clinic because she is just soo good. She is calm, knowledgeable and makes me feel very comfortable.
I was late for my appointment due to unknown weather and traffic… the front end staff were super accommodating and understanding and figured out a way to fit me in. It was very refreshing, as I’m a busy mom and have little time for appointments.
If you’re looking for a practitioner that knows her stuff, isn’t about taking all your money, leaves you with a SUPER natural look… definitely go see Dr. Grace!

I cannot say enough good things about Lougheed Laser! First off, the facilities are always clean, welcoming and aesthetically pleasing. Most importantly, the staff are warm and friendly and extremely knowledgeable in what they do! I always feel so taken care of and that I get the best service possible. Plus, I love their reward program, it really helps out! I’ve done a ton of services here, and all of them have been great, with results that have exceeded my expectations. I wish I could gatekeep this place but the cats out of the bag!

The staff here are so friendly. The front end staff are always so helpful and knowledgeable. The injectionists are friendly, knowledgeable and very experienced. You will NOT be disappointed by the level of care they deliver. They explain every part of every procedure honestly, so you will never be surprised.

I have been going here for laser hair removal the past year and a half. The staff are professional and knowledgeable, and made me feel very comfortable. I got a pretty good BOGO deal as well, so the price was reasonable. Would definitely recommend!

I have had the opportunity to deal with Dr. Grace and with Nicole. They are both amazing! Nicole is the skin expert and laser master. She is very knowledgeable and gentle during the treatments. I love how she explains everything from beginning to end. She always makes me feel comfortable and lets me know what to expect. She has also recommended great products for my skin.

I came in off an instagram ad and was treated with respect and kindness. The treatment I searched was not going to work for me so there was no selling me something that I didn’t need. I did choose a treatment for me and their experience has made it a perfect spa experience

I have been coming to Lougheed Laser Centre for almost a year and I have been extremely happy with my decision. I used to be extremely hesitant about receiving cosmetic treatments before because of the stories and rumours that run rampant but the ladies at Lougheed Laser have been very accommodating to my needs and easy to communicate with.
If I ever have an issue with the results of a laser treatment (usually just spot touch-ups) they have no problem booking me in as soon as possible for a complimentary touch-up. I feel so much more relaxed and at ease without makeup after making the decision to undergo laser treatments by them.
The filler I received is amazing! I used to be extremely self-conscious about my smile in photographs because my top lip was almost unseeable. I’ve never been more confident with my smile and my overall self-image.

Dr Grace Francescato dose the absolute best Botox I’ve ever had. I’ve been to 7 practitioners over the past decade - some of them being most recognized - and Dr Grace has the exact right touch, which is what keeps her work natural-looking. Every time I see her I am amazed at how lifted and contoured I look. She’s smart, considerate, gracious and a lovely personality.

So glad I found Lougheed laser when moving to Burnaby. I’ve been seeing Sim for monthly hydrafacials and both the treatment and customer service is always fantastic. I also love their hours of operation- makes it easy to book an appointment. Overall, recommend!

I have had three microneedling sessions so far, two with Tyra and one with Nicole. I was nervous going in because I've never done it before and I was also worried my disability would make it awkward. Turns out I had nothing to worry about: they accommodated me and were very friendly, professional, and skilled. They are very knowledgeable and answer any questions without judgment. The atmosphere of the establishment is positive and calm.

My daughter has been receiving light and soft laser hair removal from Lougheed Laser for just over a year. Nicole did our initial consultation and has been fully invested in getting the very best results for my daughter ever since. Nicole works on my daughter’s face, back, abdomen, arms and legs. She is super kind and takes time with me ( mom) at the end of each session to discuss results and future treatment plans. Our results have been excellent and my daughter’s confidence has increased dramatically.

The clinic is very well run. All staff are super professional and helpful. It is very clean, as well.

We definitely found that purchasing packages is the best way to go, especially if you have several areas to cover.
