Rocky Point Ice Cream

If you're living in Vancouver or planning to visit in summer, Rocky Point should definitely be on your must-see list. It's such a beautiful place where you can enjoy a stroll by the lake or hang out with friends and family. You can even go paddling! I highly recommend trying the Rocky Point ice creams. I tried the yogurt cookie one, and it made my day better! Thank you, team, for the great job!

The summer lineup is an indication of how good this locally-produced ice cream is. We love the variety of flavours and cones. When family comes to visit, we go for an after dinner walk to get ice cream and stroll through the park. One of the many reasons Port Moody is a great location in metro Vancouver.

Such a beautiful treat for a park visit. Just plan your time as there’s usually a line up. But have to say the line does move rather quickly.

We tried mint chocolate chip and cotton candy it was delicious!

Port Moody's famous ice creamery in Rocky Point. A neighborhood destination in hot weather or if in the area. Always new seasonal flavors, new flavors and plant based products as well as treats. Dog friendly treats.

I think this is the undisputed best ice cream place in Greater Vancouver!

The ice cream has a great texture + isn’t sickly sweet and I really appreciate that.

I recommend the earl grey and honey & brown butter pecan. But everything there is great so it’s a good idea to try something new each visit.

Great ice cream spot with so many flavours to choose from. We loved Black Licorice, Carrot Cake (temporary flavour), Cookies & Cream and Earl Grey Honey. The line up moves quickly so don't be put off! Generous scoop sizes too. This location is wheelchair accessible.

So many flavours of ice cream to choose from, it can be overwhelming. Love the Rocky Point Ice Cream by Rocky Point Park. It’s open year round and it’s a great little shop to get a sweet treat for yourself once in a while. Other than ice cream by the scoop, they also sell ice cream cakes, pints of ice cream, and clothing merchandise. Employees are efficient at their jobs and can clear the customer line pretty quickly. Lots of parking nearby at the free lot.

Excellent ice cream and friendly staff. My favourite choices are the mint flake and cookie dough flavours. On the expensive side, but that's to be expected for an ice cream store nowadays.

I had Rum Raisin and Chocolate Peanut Butter Brownie ( great combination). My Daughter had Matcha, Cookie Dough and Mint.

This is cream place is so good and delicous. although it give me sore throat, I still try the hold scoop hahaha. I will definitely try this place next year when i come back.

Despite a slightly long line, it only added to the anticipation and excitement, a testament to its popularity and quality. The staff were friendly and efficient, ensuring everyone left with a smile on their face. If you're a true ice cream aficionado, this place is an absolute must-visit. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!

The queue was so long but it wasn’t too bad just around 5-10 mins waited and the UBE flavor was amazing 🤩 you should try

Rocky Point Ice Cream in Port Moody totally lived up to the hype! Super crowded, but colorful and lively ambiance with friendly and fast service.

Yummy flavors, and my instant favorites are Double Chocolate Raspberry, Espresso Flake, and, the best of the lot, Queens of the Stone Fruit! Will be going back soon to check out their other highly recommended menu items: lemon cookie yogurt, salted caramel and licorice ice cream flavors, and the ice cream cakes! *rubbing hands in glee*

Highly recommend, especially during Summer and particularly for those of us with sweet teeth including canine family members! 🍦😋🍦🐶 The place is right next to the beautiful and bustling Rocky Point Park, so it's the perfect spot to take a leisurely stroll by the scenic waterfront and onto the pier.

Ample parking upfront in the complex, even though scrambling to find a spot is highly probable during rush hours.

Just had one bad experience at the Town Centre Park location which I posted a review for separately. Otherwise we have always had good experiences here. Great selection of flavours.

Absolutely delicious ice cream! Highly recommend the passion fruit flavor, it was juicy and sweet and had real passion fruit seeds! We also tried the honey lavender flavor and it was pretty good. They also had an ice cream flavor made for dogs to eat which was super cool! There was a good selection of plant based ice cream flavors as well (around 8 or so options)
