Irene it's just an amazing person.
We just had our baby shower and she did an incredible job. She came to set up the balloon arch and she helped me with the backdrop as well. She stayed few minutes later to help me with other balloons decor because I was running out of time, when she could just leave after she finished her job. Highly recommend and we will use her services again once the baby will born.

Party Tailors Balloons in Coquitlam really delivered!!! A balloon arch was EXACTLY what I wanted. Irene helped as I tried to figure out balloon garlands I had purchased through Amazon (don't do this). She was lovely and helpful and everything was perfect! Absolutely loved the balloon garland Party Tailors made for my nephew’s birthday.

Irene went above and beyond to make sure the balloon garland was as I had requested. She also delivered and set up the garland. Irene even helped me out by blowing up some balloons I bought for decoration.

I ordered a gender reveal balloon for same day pick up and it was a great experience. Very professional and quickly done. Very cute balloon and it was wrapped in a large tied bag so it would not pop on anything in the car. Great service! Would order again in the future.

We picked up an arrangement for a birthday and it was a hit! Irene was able to put together a beautiful garland on quite short notice, and was so helpful giving us some hooks and instructions on how to hang it! Everyone loved them!

Always my stop if I need balloons of any type. On this day we were in a time crunch as we had our own balloons but no helium but they were great and helped us out a great deal! Friendly and always service with a smile!

A bit of confusion on confirmation of order, through emails. A bit disappointed that after delivery the main number got 21 (birthday), the number 2 completely flattened. This was after about 1 hour. I contacted them and was told for an extra $35 delivery fee they could replace it. I had already spent $78.90 on the balloons. The only other option was a refund for the $14.50 balloon. That did not help when trying to ensure a birthday, during covid, went perfect. The balloons were beautiful, so it was unfortunate we were left with a 1 for the main photos...
