Newly opened near the food court at Coquitlam Centre. Pretty busy but the line moves quickly. Ice cream is good, lots of flavor options.

Amazing experience!! Speed, quality and rich options of ice cream offered….amazing! ! Let me not forget the scoop sizes as well!! Highly recommend to all ice cream lovers!!

The ice cream was decent but lacked variety. The shop needs significant improvement in customer service and friendliness. The staff were impatient when kids were deciding on their choices, even though they were ordering extra toppings and special cones, which are more profitable for the shop. Also, DON'T GO if you have a gift card because they don't accept them.

I think it is absolutely ridiculous that this store is a cashless store

I had bad experience toda, my daughter was rewarded a BR gift card from you guys, but it did not work and she was upset not to redeem her reward.
I don't know but the manager could took the card and remove the money from the receipt and make everyone happy, ,,😢😢😢😢😢😢

They do not accept cash. What about children that don't have credit cards?
