Good Service. I buy coffee here before go to work. They make the best latte with less sugar, it’s way better than Tims and Starbucks. Love their sitting area. I wish there were more across the province.

Open 7am in the morning, very convenient for who to go to work early.

The coffee, treats, and other drinks they serve are really good at a competitive price. It's a nice little Cafe with indoor and out door seating. The staff is a hit and miss. Some of the baristas are super nice, others look miserable. When you're performing a service like that you have to sometimes put on a fake smile. I work retail so I get it.

A young blonde girl made me the best latte I’ve ever had last night and I think she deserves praise. If you see this , thanks for always being so kind and making great drinks! The girl with green curly hair is great too but I haven’t seen her for a while, I hope to be served by them both again in the future! 10/10 Staff, drinks , and atmosphere!

Since 2020 coming often to this location the staff is always awesome polite ladies. coffee and their dessert are always great.

Cozy atmosphere, pleasant staff, and quick service

The coffees at Second Cup are always delicious. Anytime I visit Sunnyside Mall, I am tempted to stop at the cafe for a flavourful beverage. My one critique is that the mobile app seems not to be updated with the same information that the baristas receive. My last iced coffee was not made the way the mobile app described. Don't get me wrong, the coffee was still very good, just not prepared how the app read. I discussed the discrepancy with the barista, who was very friendly. She mentioned that the recipe that I showed her on the app is different than what they were told in the cafe. So maybe better communication is needed. In any case, this cafe is worth trying. I will definitely return, as Cyndi Lauper might say, time after time. Cheers!

On days that I start work later than usual, I always stop here for my coffee and a latte. Awesome staff, they're a pleasure in the mornings. Your chai tea lattes are the best

Second cup has excellent coffee. If I worked within walking distance of one I would buy my coffee there all the time. The staff are always friendly.

They just completed renovations on this location, so there is all new equipment, seating, and signage. They have also added on a Slow Bar where you can get pour over coffee. As nothing else has changed staff- or ownership-wise, this location of Second Cup is still the best place on this end of Bedford to get a nice cup of coffee (specialty or otherwise).

Great service, all of the staff are lovely. Lots of regulars here and a great atmosphere for everyone. Delicious drinks and food, hot chocolate cookie and the kale breakfast wrap are delicious! Would rate it 100 stars if I could

I have lactose intolerance and they servers always makes sure they dont cross contaminate my drinks.

Nice location, super clean and amazing staff. Today I was served by this amazing lady with red hair, she was extremely nice, like sunshine in human form! Made me really happy!
