Sarah and her staff are the ultimate in sales and customer service. Of all the Body Shops I have shopped in the body Shop Staff in Bedford beats the others hands down.

A typical little Body Shop. Was clean and well merchandised and I was greeted right away. I was only in for one thing so it was a brief & inexpensive visit. Cashier seemed a little ... brisk, when I asked if the Sunny Side employee card was applicable there. No problem, I’m not angry, but no need to be snarky and reference the internal body shop program that was already pushed on me. Prefer the mic mac location (and usually shop at Lush) in terms of service but nice to have in the mall as the products are reliable and decent quality.

I’m putting out there everywhere not to shop at the body shop in Bedford. I have shopped there for probably 30+years! I was so upset when they went vegan the white musk I’ve bought forever no longer smells more than about 10 mins after applying. Today I was there my birthday month no longer do they honour the card or your discount. Wouldn’t accept my return I had bought the day before at which time they did not tell me no returns anymore! I’m pissed no wonder they are going out of business !!
