This review is for thanking Mike and the auto technician fixed my car few weeks back. Before a long road trip I needed to fixed some issues which were urgent. I didn’t have time to come another day. Mike took care of everything. Before I went there I visited the regular auto workshop I usually go. As they cannot do it same day. I went to Canadian Tire to see if they can do it same day for me. It turned out that my old workshop quoted me for replacement of parts that do not require a replacement and price were at least 30-40% higher. Canadian tire save my money and time.

I am not a fan of Canadian tire as I had very bad experience with another location. But this location saved my money at least at two occasions. It is hardly to find a honest auto mechanic. I hope this location will keep doing their good work and will be always honest with customers.

Definitely get the triangle credit card select and take advantage of stacking all the offers to gain as much canadian tire money back, then use the Canadian tire money on a CT money redemption day! It's the best way to take advantage of what they have to offer. Plus there's sales are unbetable. I also get my gas from here. And I always bring my dog!

I had an excellent experience at this shop. The service was top-notch, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They guided me through the process efficiently, and I was impressed by how quickly they changed my tire—less than 45 minutes! The best part was that they were open and providing great service on a long weekend Sunday. Highly recommend!

I brought my car to this place for an out of province car inspection and found the staff to be welcoming and supportive, providing prompt service. While my car was being inspected, I had the opportunity to explore the store and was amazed by the wide range of items they carry. The store is incredibly spacious and has almost everything you could possibly need.

Great source for auto stuff when you need advice or to see and touch. Saw some kits here to recharge a failed a/c. Got the right one for my Elantra, with a bit of help. It fixed both our cars with some left over, and easy to do with YouTube advice! We are very happy with the result.

I have shopped at the CTC on Weber St. N many times...reasonable prices ...wide variety of items....both automotive and household...and most importantly...helpful and knowledgeable staff 👍👍👍

We called the auto shop on a Sunday morning, as we were trying to pack my son to move home from University. My son’s car breaks would not get him home and as kids are, he didn’t mention it till we got there. We were in desperate need of help. Mike was very pleasant and said would do his best. We were happily surprised when they were able to get our car in and fixed and get us on the road. I know we were lucky but the service and kindness was greatly appreciated.

Kyle and his colleague in the automotive section were super helpful! I had 0 idea what to buy to replace my windshield wiper and they helped point me in the right direction and Kyle actually came out and helped me put the wiper blade on when I was confused and thought I bought a dud. Also they’re dog friendly which is amazing. Thank you!!

Automotive Service: Lisa and Hedo have always treated me fairly and been transparent with their quotes on automotive repairs. They will never do any work without consulting you first. Justin is an excellent mechanic and has done several jobs that kept my old beater of a car going long after I thought I was going to have to send it to the wreckers.

Awesome store, clean, great service, nice to see canadian employee's at every till, and they speak excellent english

Needed a cabin filter for my car. Took 2 minutes to navigate the automated system and the flashing lights to help find the parts are a brilliant use of new technology to make this easier.

Went to this store in July to buy a Supercyle bike and I just wanted to say customer service was really good. Went here two days later to get the seat and handle bar adjusted - the 2 ladies helped me get the right tools for any tweaking later for the bike. Absolutely grateful for their help. Keep up the great work!

Great place for getting stuff for your home or workplace. They have great selection and offer good prices. There's something here for everyone and the store is so easy to navigate. Staff is very friendly, easy to find and ready to help you with anything. I have ordered a bookshelf online and they called me to pick it up in just a few hours. Next thing for me to buy there is some camping equipment. Can't wait to go back.

This Waterloo Weber St location is great. They always have what I need in stock. Curbside pickup is easy and if I do go in-store it is always clean, bright, well stocked and organized that you can shop without tripping over skids, dump bins, and displays. They always have sufficient staff to meet the needs and lines are usually fairly quick at busy times.

Staff were super helpful and very friendly. Left with more than I went in for as some super specials caught my eye.

Got my daughter a new bike she loved it! Store was well organized and very clean.

Customer service was super nice and understanding. Helped me save money and held up the better price deal a month later. Store is clean and well stocked.

Great experience! Yesterday, as a courtesy, the manager, Mathew accepted a snowblower return which wasn't right for me, past the return date. Sandy and Raidine assisted me for over an hour to make sure I bought the right snowblower, explaining everything and pointing out things I had no idea about. Then, when it didn't fit into my SUV, Mathew delivered it in his vehicle to my home today. This was customer service above and beyond my wildest expectations and they have really earned my loyalty. In a time where good customer service can be hard to come by, the employees and management of Canadian Tire on Weber Street in Waterloo made my experience simply amazing and I'm very grateful to all of them!
