Fritz Community Centre

A lovely venue for a party or wedding of 50-60 people if you choose to leave smaller room empty for dancing. Ours was a 70th birthday party(car theme).
It is a very intimate setting with lots of character.Both rooms have fireplaces that add to ambience. Round and rectangular tables to choose from. White outdoor chairs too.
We had a cocktail hour on veranda and had a caterer for our dinner. Our guests were so impressed with the venue, grounds, flower gardens and view.
Ron Smith, Diane and Eric were very helpful every step of the way. A pleasure to deal with.
Need to set up and dismantle tables and chairs but family/friends usually offer to help so it is done quickly. Good luck with your party!

We would like to take this opportunity to thank the staff front the city of Baie Durfe (Mr. RON SMITH and Hadi). Our wedding (July 28th, 2024) couldn't have taken place in a more breath taking location. The venue was very well kept the flower's around the site were just unbelievable. Great place for any kind of event but if you want a fairy tale wedding Fritz Community Center is your best bet . Again, thank you so much, making our wedding very memorable one.

Beautiful venue! Lots of greenery. Perfect for a small to medium size event. We did my son’s first birthday and it was perfect. I’ve attached a few pictures to show the landscape. The people who manage the place are extremely kind and a pleasure to work with. Thank you Coleen!

This is the only public access to the water front in baie d'Urfé. Very nice park to relax and take in a sunset. Went there for a free concert which was nice. This is a romantic spot. No playground for the kids.

The perfect summer weather didn't hurt either.

The view was amazing, parking was simple and abundant, the entertainment was lovely and the facilities were impeccably clean. A fabulous event. GO!!

Attended a community luncheon activity. We ate cabbage rolls which I love and great desserts. There was a talk about MIRA dogs that was interesting.

What an incredibly beautiful venue, managed by the most helpful, patient and caring team … Coleen and Michael! Without them, we would have been lost - they replied to many late night emails and were so helpful leading up to the event and the day of! We are grateful to have had their constant help and support.

Beautiful old farmhouse overlooking the lake that's been maintained for public events.

We went to the band stand to watch a band play 70s and 80s music. It is a gorgeous venue.

On Sunday, May 19th, I hosted my daughter's Afternoon Tea Bridal Shower at Fritz Farm. My family and friends enjoyed using this charming venue that felt like home ...even if only for a day! The kitchen is very well-stocked and the administrator Coleen, is a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Fritz Farm.

This is probably the nicest park in the West Island in my opinion, so peaceful and beautiful view of the water. It almost feels like you’re out in the country!

Fantastic intimate venue for a smaller sized wedding. Beautiful for on site photos! Highly recommended!
