Abalone Retreat

I love Abalone Retreat. I go there to get my hair done and for therapy. This time, I had massage therapy for muscle spasms in my back that were so uncomfortable that I couldn't stand upright! Well, Carmen helped me with a deep massage and some cupping to loosen up the knots. I have also had accupuncture from Emily and my favorite, a head massage from Andrea! It's a wonderful spot where there is laughter and smiles every time I visit, and I walk out totally relaxed 😌 after every appointment.

Tatianna is a great hairstylist, great with kids, and her costs are very reasonable! I’ve taken my 4 year old daughter to her twice and haven’t been disappointed (and that’s saying a lot since she’s super ticklish so not easy to work with her)! The facility is also very nice and relaxing to come into - it is aptly named as you feel like you’re on a retreat right from walking in the doors.

Massages here are heaven!!!!
