I had a chance appointment with Michael alomst two years ago, on a canceled appointment. I can say that this one appointment had given me the confidence boost I needed.

Not only did he turn years worth of abused hair into something beautiful, he taught me how to properly care for it. For someone that has always struggled with growth, I now have zero problems. We started just below my ear to down past my shoulders with a beautiful natural blonde colour! Now that it is growing as it should, I wanted to cut it back a bit and it is absolutely amazing.

Michael IS hands down AMAZING, his space is beautiful, peaceful, and welcoming. He WILL have you leaving not only looking, but feeling like the best version of yourself.

He pays attention to every detail and truly cares about achieving client hair goals while setting realistic expectations to ensure its done in a healthy way. I have been a client of Michael's for a lot of years and even now that I live over an hour away from his salon, I travel the distance to get my hair done because it's so worth it. From the moment you step into his salon, you will know you are in for a treat. He is more than just a hair stylist, he is a true artist. He will take the time to listen to your ideas and preferences while also offering his expert advice to create a hairstyle that perfectly suits your personality and features. Not only is Michael an incredible stylist, he also creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere in his salon. The salon itself is clean and inviting, making every visit a pleasant experience. I can't thank him enough for the amazing job he always does. I leave looking fabulous and feeling incredible. A true cut above the rest, I wholeheartedly recommend him and his outstanding talent.

Michael has been the most amazing stylist and he is so fun to chat with! Michael is a genuine person who I absolutely love for what he can do with my hair, but also for who he is as a human! It is really hard not to love him right from the get-go.
I was getting super frustrated as I had tried four other stylus before finding him and in the process, my hair became dry and broken. When I finally found Michael, I feel he took me in, like a sad puppy, who needed some grooming. After just a few visits, my hair has been restored and it is a healthy beautiful blonde again.. I am so relieved that I don’t have to worry about my hair anymore. And being from Truro, I wouldn’t even second guess driving to Stewiacke for his services.
I also love that Michael is on top of all of the new trends and has only the best products in his salon. I would recommend them 100 times over to anyone who asks.

Amazing hair stylist! After moving here from the Greater Toronto Area I struggled to find a new hair stylist. Michael is a true magician when it comes to hair, especially working with Blondes! I am so glad to have found him! The newly renovated and tastefully decorated Salon is a very inviting comfortable place to relax. Highly recommend!

Michael has been cutting my hair for a year now. He takes the time to get to know what you want done and then performs his magic. He has created a great atmosphere in his salon and I always look forward to seeing him.

Mikey is very talented, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He gave me an amazing hair cut that left my hair feeling back to life, the cut was stylish and easy to maintain.
