Astounding customer service from Gloria this evening. She was SO patient with an 8yr olds explanation about a toy we were looking for, and also took the time to ask a bunch of questions regarding the toy at checkout that only an 8yr old cares about :)

Great store. Didn’t seem as large as the big city ones but had everything the kids were looking for.

We went in a Saturday and they had a free Lego building event for the kids. A really nice surprise.

One of our favourite places to visit, browse and imagine all the fun! Never grow up!

The electronics department took a bit of a nose dive but there's a lot to look at and their toy department has all the latest and greatest and a well stocked sporting goods area as well. It might take some effort to find help though.

vey nice customer service received from annalyne ( sorry if wrote wrong) returned a product, we lost the receipt but with membership card help she went over and beyond to help us out, she was very patient and helpful, thanks so much. will return to buy for sure. and there GC has no expiry.

Toys R' Us Red Deer has a great selection of toys & video games. Always clean & friendly staff! The Baby's R Us side has a huge selection of infant accessories from bottles to diaper genies to receiving blankets. They have tons of products that make life with a newborn a little easier & more convenient.

Janie B was a huuuge help.I missed out on buying the big bouncy house by a couple hours for my nephew amd was pretty upset woth myself and was pretty cranky when i was paying for the best one i could find there the cashier Janie B was extremely professional amd courteous amd told me about the 45 day price match or return policy even though i wasnt very appreciative at the time she was still very friemdly and kept a smile on her face she did an amazing job thank you
