Nice staff, friendly, helpful went out of there way to help me. Encouraged me to bring my Murff in from the car and then gave him a bunch of sample treats as well as sniff around the shelves. All around good service and just wanted to say thank-you. Murphy will be back.

Always friendly and helpful staff at this location! Also- very well spaced out and organized which is sometimes a struggle at pet stores that try to fit too much in a smaller space. We love the DIY Pet wash here as well, providing such great amenities at a rate that you really can’t beat!

My dog and I love coming here. The staff are wonderful and always so kind to my dog. It is also so convenient to have the bathing station in the store we use it all the time instead of trying to do everything at home.

Staff are awesome. Always has things I can't find other places and the self serve dog wash is so worth it. I don't get soaked, don't have to bend, lots of options for shampoo + conditioner, and they provide treats and towels.

Excellent store. I used to go to PetSmart, but I'm glad I made the switch. The staff here are super friendly, they take very good care of the betta fish, and there are many premium pet food brands available.

This little cowboy loves going into Pet Value! Always a welcoming environment. The owner is fantastic. 10/10 would recommend this location!

All of the workers are very approachable and knowledgeable. They always have the raw food my dog eats in stock when I need it. Nice sized store. Their bath stations for dogs are great.

Love the pet wash station. With a Labrador, there’s pretty frequent washes needed to permit lots of cuddles. Not clogging my tub and showers at home has been a real delight. They have lots of great treat selection and excellent staff and service.

This store and team members are fantastic! They are truly my partner in providing a healthy, fun life for my pet.

Was a great experience, had called ahead of time to see if the product I needed was in stock and the staff was polite and gladly put it on hold until I got there.

Great staff! Remembered our dog from previous trip in, they were able to recommend products best suited for him, there was a water bowl out for dogs, helpful in the hot summer months! they even asked about giving him a treat (which of course he loved). Always helpful and we were able to let our dog try on the items we were looking to purchase before, to make sure it fits right. Glad the staff are all so helpful and friendly!

Super friendly and helpful staff. After a week of camping we took our 2 dogs in for baths at the double dog wash station. So convenient!

I just wanted to say how amazed I am with the professionalism of the staff that work here. From the owner down to the part timers I was very impressed with every aspect of this store. The customer service was amazing, they were all very knowledgeable and so friendly and helped me find everything I was looking for! The owner Kara and the manager Alex blew away my expectations and made it one of the best in store experiences I’ve ever had, and I would highly recommend people who are looking for their pet needs to be met that live in the Kitchener area to check out this store! 10/10 :)

I have to take a second and say how amazing the customer service was here. I came in with both my toddler and my baby. The social distance and PPE procedures they had in place made me feel safe while bringing my kids with me. We went in to purchase my son a BETA fish and the customer service even for such a purchase was great. They added so much fun for my son and even helped show him how many colours there was and taught us the history of BETA fish! He was in awe! I will absolutely be coming back time and time again! I highly recommend this location!!!

Always always friendly staff!! That never fails! Very knowledgeable and helpful.and I find if there's something they can't answer right away, they get back to you very promptly! Lovely location!

Had a great visit to this location to get my dog some food, and a toy! Even during this whole Covid situation they stay stocked up on everything ! I was already greeted with a. Smile, and my pup was always greeted with a treat! I have locations closer to my house, but the staff here make it worth the extra 20 minute drive.

Since this location opened in my neighbourhood, I have exclusively shopped here for pet supplies. Great selection and I find prices are far better compared to Petsmart or Rens. I have met the owners a few times, and they are wonderful. Staff is always willing to help. Would highly recommend this location. Edit: Every time we go in the staff always gives my daughter a kids tattoo. It's one of the reasons she loves coming to the store with me :)

Super helpful staff order the brand of kibble + the size bag we like. They also have a tone of in store stock of everything. Now I just need to get my cats to agree to wear cute costumes!
