I have done over a dozen shipments this year with Wellington. Their service and communication has been excellent. They are my first call for any new business opportunities

Been working with Wellington for a few years already and have had a great time so far. People are a pleasure to deal with, from execs to drivers. Management is always easy to reach, proving their open-door policy is not just lip service.

I've been working at Wellington Motors for a little over 4 months now. A fellow Wellington Driver expressed to me what kind of company it was and how everything worked before I was hired on. I debated the job because it felt too good to be true. Wellington has been nothing but a great experience for me. Everything my fellow driver had told me, was completely accurate. No other company has been able to offer such a great stability with balancing home life and work life. I am able to see my family more than I ever had in my trucking career. At the end of the day, I do not bring any work or stress home with me. I haven't had to worry about if I will make it home, if I worked enough hours or got enough miles. This is the place I plan to and am proud to one day retire from.

The Staff at Wellington are among the best in the industry. They hire the best people which makes dealing with them a pleasure! And not just nice, they are professional and know what they're doing. Strongly recommend this company!

My review of working with Wellington motor freight is this: when I was offered this job It really sounded to good to be true, A day job, no despatch hounding you 24/7 , and home time. . This is one of these companies that are great to work for. professional and friendly from the office staff and management through to all the drivers, with this company there is a definite friendly atmosphere, as a driver we all help each other out, wether it be just opening trailer doors, sorting a trailer to be loaded for another driver.
