Best experience I have ever had at a salon! As soon as I walked in they were kind and welcoming. I got my nails done for prom and they did a great job of replicating the design. They were efficient, gentle, and confirmed with each step what I wanted to ensure my vision came to life for the best nails ever. I don't think any salon in KW can top the level of customer service and talent they have here. I will be returning!

While passing through Kitchener, I stumbled upon a nail spa that turned out to be a true hidden gem. Not only do they offer exceptional nail services, but they also have an amazing selection of jewelry at decent prices, along with other women’s items like bags and hair products. The quality is impressive, and the talent of the staff is undeniable.

What really stands out is the atmosphere super nice, funny, and just an all-around great environment. Plus, they offer free Wi-Fi, which is always a bonus! The variety of services available is huge, and the fact that they've been up and running for over 15 years speaks volumes about their reliability.

Walking in felt like a trip down memory lane, reminding me of the nail salons my mom used to frequent when I was a kid. This place has so much character without being overpriced. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to buy fire sunglasses, jewelry, bags, and of course, for spa services like nails.

I came in for a pedicure and was blown away by the quality of service. The attention to detail, the time taken, and the overall care were outstanding. There was no rushing just pure, high-quality service.

Got my nails done here today by Brandon and am very happy with the result. I asked for the “Hailey Beiber nails” and this is what he did for me. He took his time and paid attention to detail. Will be back again soon. Thanks Brandon ! 🩷

Really wanted a pedicure today since the nice weather has arrived but everywhere else I called was booked. I had never been to Star Nails before so gave them a chance and am so happy I did!! It was clean and they were able to get me in immediately. Price for shellac pedicure was more than reasonable and what a wonderful job. Love my toe nails!! Will definitely be back.

The best thing about this place is the less waiting time and immediate appointments available for most of the time.
If you are someone like who is always in rush and have no patience for appointments then this is the best place for you.
The owner is extremely helpful and polite.
This is my go to place for nails, pedicure, waxing.
I showed her the random pic of BMW nails and she made the same for me.

I'm supee happy with my nails. The pedicure was very relaxing. I got a foot massage with a hot towel included. For he manicure I chose the gel option which looks natural and fresh. I simply love it. I will definitely come back.

I had my nails done here . The lady was very kind and professional. She said she has 17 years of experience. She did my nails neatly and carefully just the way I wanted . I highly recommend this nail salon.

My daughter took me here to have my nails done for my birthday. The lady doing our nails I assume is Kathy was all business. When i wasn't sure if i wanted them to be a bit rounder than pointy she raised her voice and snapped at me saying do you want round or pointy. She had a very, very firm grip on my hands and was grabbing them and working very quickly. Another lady applied my polish whom was kind and offered us a bottle of water. I'm hoping the rudeness was a one off and maybe Kathy was having a bad day as they did a nice job on my nails.

I returned to the salon on Feb 11, 2024 and had a fantastic experience. Updated to 5 stars. Nails and toes look fantastic.
