Cork & Bean

I go to Cork and Bean a lot for the calm atmosphere during the day to get some work done, I also go at night for local music. The drinks and food are always great, and the service is truly awesome every time. Everything about this place rocks, but the staff really tie it all together with how welcome they make you feel. This place is also dog-friendly: it's a great place to just relax with a macchiato or beer! Make it a stop for you to visit this summer for sure.

Latte is so good here lots of milk foam. One of the best cafes in the entire province. Better lattes than any place I’ve been in Ontario.

The employees here are all very kind and welcoming, (I really appreciate that self-expression through clothes, hair and piercings is accepted and not shunned for "professional reasons"). I get an iced vanilla matcha latte with oat milk and it was so good. I recommend it 100%! Give Cork and Bean a try 100/10!

Cork & Bean is a fantastic spot in Oshawa for anyone looking for a chill and vibrant atmosphere. The place has a great ambiance - modern-rustic and super inviting. Their coffee is awesome, and they have a really good selection of wine and beer, too.

If you're looking for some entertainment, they have live music sometimes, and trivia nights on Tuesdays! Overall, a great place to relax, catch up with friends, or enjoy a solo coffee break. Highly recommend!

I decided to stay local and explore Durham Region a little. I found this coffee shop that is quite the little gem. This cafe is very quaint and comfy. They specialize in pastries, small bites and comforting hot beverages. There is an option to get BOOZY if you’d like! 🍷🍺🥃🥳

I’ve been meaning to go there for quite some time now and I think I found the perfect spot to just read or get some work done. The mocha was great, the food was beyond amazing! The seats are perfect to sit for long hours and get stuff done!

Price wise: it isn’t too expensive, really. You get a student discount too! The only reason I spend over 20 dollars was because I kept ordering more stuff because of how good it was!

I was visiting a friend who randomly picked this place and we both loved it! We met around d 6.30pm on a Saturday, a live was setting up to play and they played till 10pm. Apparently there is an "activity" almost every day of the week.
Place has 3 seating areas, split level seating, and is a cool mix of coffee shop and a bar. Main area has bar seating, cafe tables, downstairs has a large community table.
They have beers and other alcohol and the typical cafe fare with a bunch of food items. I grabbed a coffee and a cheese scone, both were great.
We loved the vibe and feel of the place, apparently it's great for blind dates too! I wish we had this type of a place in the Beaches where I was visiting from!! Would definitely come again

Quaint café and bar serving a broad selection of drinks and food in downtown Oshawa. Service here is great and there is an ample amount of seating available inside, along with options for dining-in and takeout. There's also live music available - great hangout spot for groups, couples and individuals. The espresso drinks and hot chocolate are especially delicious, and the staff are very friendly as well. Definitely worth stopping by for your next café fix in Oshawa!

I had a group reservation for a very large group of girls for a birthday party for Tuesday trivia night and i have to give a shout out to the staff! Excellent service, great vibes, amazing food and drink, and hilarious and fun trivia! Thank you for making the night so memorable for us for our first trivia outing! Highly recommend this place and will be back for more!

My favourite coffee shop in town. Everyone who works here is very down to Earth. They also show a lot of support for local arts and business with frequent collaborations and event nights. Cork is a bright spot of our community.

Was looking for a hole in the wall coffee shop and came across this little gem.

Atmosphere is so invited, yet muted, Connor & Laura are fabulous servers.
The space is super clean and coffee is really fresh & tasty.
It was a live music night and nothing beats a “Sweet Caroline” rendition where everyone is singing.

My heart is full.

I really enjoy coming here to study or work on things. The staff are super friendly and the environment here is great. When I drop in, it's usually not crazy busy so I can manage to get a lot of work done. In the evening the environment becomes more lively with live music and performances. This is very enjoyable, especially on a Friday evening when your out at a cafe catching up on work.

Our first time. We went for trivia Tuesday and had a great night. And we won! Staff was amazing, atmosphere is cozy. We will be back. Food choices are limited but a great stop for specialty coffee and a sweet!

My favourite place to grab a latte on the weekends. Lattes are my thing and I’ve tried so many places in the GTA. But this place is hands my favourite. The Asian gentleman (sorry I can’t remember his name) makes the best lattes and he’s super nice and friendly.

I came here on a random thought today, I’m new to Oshawa and have been looking for a small and lowkey place to study at. It’s so quiet and low stimulation

The gloomy/rainy weather with their ambiance and vibes makes this such a cozy spot. I can see so many people are repeat customers, and their staff are personable.

I ordered the Old Flame Bluberry Pilsner during their happy hour and it did not disappoint— with a squeeze of lime, this did the brew Justice.

I also got the baked Brie with jam and almonds, the portion is fair and perfect while studying and needing a little snack.

The actual spot itself is so spacious, fun, and well decorated with 2 floors for seating and lots of art work on the walls. They have an extensive craft beer selection that made me very happy. After the blueberry Pilsner I had the strawberry kiwi sour and it didn’t disappoint. It paired quite nicely with the Brie and bread

I appreciate their blackboard menu and rustic design from the furniture right to the light fixtures— it’s so soft and welcoming. It’s hard not to feel in the element when needing to get some work done

Great food - the grilled panini bun with cold cuts was well prepared and didn't dissappoint. Nice atmosphere. Apparently they have live local music weekly. Too much LGTBQ & woke flags and symbols - I didn't notice any handicap, Muslim, Christian, mental health or Hindu welcoming icons... just saying...

This is a cute place! Good coffee, and the falafel wrap was delicious too.
