Sarah helped me pick out the right Emtek door knobs for unique doors. She got all the information to make sure that the doorknobs would fit the job.
Wanda at the cash put me in touch with Ben’s Lock and Security to install the doorknobs. Ben did an excellent job.

good variety of older plumbing parts keeps me from Amazon. Buy local is good for everyone, in my humble opinion.

I am a regular shopper at Glenbriar; its always a pleasure. Excellent customer service without being pushy. Our recent purchase of a Zitta rolling glass shower was handled like clockwork. You can't do better than Glenbriar Home Hardware in Waterloo.

This store reminds me of times past. What I mean by that is it has everything you need (well stocked) but the customer service is excellent. I had purchased a high quality shower head many years ago on the advice of the salesman, and ran into problems with it recently. I took it in and Jeff Sauder helped me out with a replacement from the original manufacturer which included a warranty claim, saving me time and money. I have purchased all of my plumbing requirements there and will continue to do so as the knowledge and service is what keeps me coming back. Thanks for remaining consistently top notch.

I love this store because I can tell the staff about my project and they’ll know exactly what I need to purchase to solve my problem. They are really patient and have a super great return policy, amazing for those like me, who start projects and never finish them!

I had more real customer service in just ONE visit to Glenbriar Home Hardware than I have had adding up all my visits to big box stores. The big guys give lip service to "customer service" but that's not the reality. Glenbriar has real people who are knowledgeable, helpful and available. Diane was incredible! She helped us navigate through the maze of sink and faucet options. Thank you! Glenbriar definitely has my business. 👍

This is a great hardware store (really hardware and related supplies in traditional sense) and a local business with excellent customer advice and service. The sale advertised is genuine and the products they stock are top notch. This is the place for great gardening tools, hardware, plumbing, cleaning supplies (incl special cleaners not available elsewhere) . I even got my Mailbox key cut here which is cut differently on each side (complex) which is not available in most stores. They took the time to do a excellent job at a very reasonable price.

The only thing is the front facade looks dated and the parking lot can use a new asphalt coat.

The best place for all things bathroom and kitchen. Great selection of products and brands. Staff is very helpful. Will return, now our go-to for bathroom renos.

I had a very pleasant experience at this store today. The staff there are very senior-friendly, very patient and pleasant. I would especially like to thank the two staff who helped us with the florescent bulbs, paint, and CD player. Very kind and helpful. Keep up your great service!
