After reading some previous reviews, I feel like some of these people are a tad dramatic with the one star reviews.

The owner (Gus) is incredibly helpful (as are his staff) I recently got a new puppy and Gus walked around the store with me and answered all my questions. He didn’t try and sell me anything that was unnecessary and gave me the best advice possible.

I highly recommend this PetValu. Gus and staff are super!

I visited for the first time in search of apparel for my dog and my cat. I am very impressed by the variety of inventory in this store and by the well organised shelves. The staff is friendly. The 3 in-house dogs were well behaved and gave a cozy feel to my shopping experience.

Friendliest people who make you feel appreciated and welcome as customers. Service is superb. Really just a nice place with nice owners and employees. I wish more places were like this store.

Best place to wash your dog ! Shampoo and conditioner, lots of towels included. There is also a dryer if you so chose to use. Extremely friendly staff ! We attend weekly ! Call ahead to see if taking reservations,or first come first served.

I've gone to a few different Pet Valu locations in the area and this one is by far my favourite, the staff is so friendly and helpful! not only did they carry the heavy box of litter to the checkout, the owner even brought it out to my car for me. when I apologized for parking further away he said he was happy for the reason to be outside longer on such a nice day. I always have similar pleasant encounters when I come here and it keeps me coming back!

We stopped into this Pet Valu on a whim on our way to our weekend getaway. We were looking for a Martingale collar for our puppy and this store happened to have the size and style that we liked in stock, the store near us in Toronto did not. The gentleman (I believe he is Korean, I wish I got his name) helping us was super friendly and knowledgeable. We ended up buying our little guy a new collar and some chews. I wish we lived near Burlington to come to this store because of the friendly and knowledgeable service. Would recommend 100%

I love this place, great service, and very friendly and professional.

The best customer service I have received in a pets store! The young gentleman working helped an older lady carry her bag of dog food to her car, he was also working the cash, and helped customers find items. It was busy and it seemed like it was only him working but he was so sweet and kind and never got upset. I will continue to come to this pet value (even though i live closer to the other one down the street)

Great customer service. Having all kinds of issues with a heat lamp and they keep coming through despite the issues. People are above and beyond friendly.

I love this particular location. I have been coming to this store over the past 6 years and I have only ever been impressed with the staffs willingness to help me. The staff is always polite, welcoming, friendly and informing. The owner of the store always personally carries my dog food to my car for me, without me EVER having to ask! Their customer service stands out to me!

I have had nothing but great experiences with this location. The owner is super friendly and helpful. He always helps people carry out heavy bags to their cars which I think is just the nicest thing ever and the definition of going above and beyond. The staff here are always super friendly and I love that they keep a cat around the store. This location is just so amazing!

The owner is just great and very helpful. They have way more stuff than other Pet Valu. He also helped me carrying the dog food into my car. One other thing which makes this place great is that they accept cash. Very clean and friendly place.

This is a great locally owned location! Staff is very helpful and friendly. Store is very clean with a variety of different products. Our favorite is the self-service dog Wash that they have. It costs $10 plus tax, and you get to choose a variety of different dog shampoo to use.

It has been over 5 years I worked here, but I only have fond memories of my time here. The best place I've ever worked. I genuinely learned so much, made great friends, and the customers (human and furry) always made my day. I miss Kenny and Rudy very much ❤ Please support your local businesses!

Has to be the best Pet Valu I've ever been too! They had everything I needed in stock, they're very friendly and helpful. I live over an hour away, but I am planning to go there whenever I need more cat food!

Fantastic place to take your dog for a bath!
Towels and shampoo included in the $10 bath. Very clean.
