I absolutely don’t recommend filling prescriptions at this location. The female pharmacy assistant that works here has zero customer service skills and should absolutely not be employed in an industry that requires a bedside manner. I ran into an issue where power knocked out my phenomenal pharmacy’s power while waiting for a medication that is vital to my unborn child’s health, and mine. I was told it would be very easy to take my prescription to another pharmacy so I could get the medication today. I brought it to Beaverbank due to being in a rush to get them, I should have gone elsewhere. The assistant was not polite, from the beginning of my conversation with her she was rude and unprofessional. I should have left at that point but thought I would give her a chance to continue. She had no understanding of my insurance which is a student insurance used at universities across the province. If you’re working in a pharmacy you should understand how insurance cards work. This pharmacy assistant ended up laughing and being condescending. I took my prescription to go elsewhere. If you want quality customer service then I suggest avoiding this pharmacy at all costs.
