I refilled my daughters prescription, which hasn't changed in about a year... they advised me of wait time, so I waited until it was ready at home. I get there 45 min later, and they handed me the wrong MG. While she realized the doctor may have wrote an error last appointment a month ago. They honored the MG she was currently on for me, and had them ready in 15 min. At first I was frustrated, by the end I was happy with their service

Convenient

Probably one of the worst pharmacies I have been to. Lost my prescription twice, opened 30min late with no notice, cancelled one of my refills because they didn't communicate with each other, then didn't have a single person's medication ready who was in line....we were all told to be there for 10:30am for pick up and it was after 11am with people still not getting their prescription .

Switched to this pharmacy about a year ago and have been very disappointed with the service. Presciptions not ready, low or no stock, having to wait for stock to come in but not being advised . We will be switching pharmacies.

If they're not out of whatever common drug you need then they'll be closed before you can get it after work. Constantly changing hours because they can't keep staff and are just pushing the work onto other stores. You're better off using nearly any other pharmacy!!

Missing products on shelves(sale items) mayo, pc diners cheese+++ no carts in stores. The store has gone down hill, dirty and products is isles( tripping hazards). Looks like no one cares. Sad.

The service here has fallen so far I don't think it will ever come back . Trying to get a hold of some on the phone is almost impossible. The when you drive there to ask the question the response you get is we only has 2 line and the trays come before the phones . Also while there the comment to me was ..... the phone is ringing now and I can't answer it because your asking questions . This is awful and mayy times get this kind of service while picking up prescription if it isnot ready . I will be moving to another place for my prescription . Whenever I have an issue I get attitude and I am a long long time customer

Horrible service. Hours are wrong. Currently only Mon-Fri 10am-5pm. They can't be bothered to update they're info online. We tried to get our prescription on Sat, but they were closed. Returned Monday but we couldn't get there soon enough. They Refused to allow us to pickup an already prepared prescription only a couple minutes after 5 pm even though staff were still there. Went without medications yesterday. HOPING we can get it hoday (Tues).

If I could give them 0 stars I would.... I have never had to deal with such poor customer service as I have with this specific pharmacy.
