I had terrible pain in my feet from Plantar Fasciitis and it was to the point that I was constantly limping. After seeing Smriti here at Kaushal Physio for a few weeks my foot pain has dramatically improved. I haven't felt this good in a looong time. I'm so glad to have someone in my area who offers these Physio Services.

My experience so far with Smriti has been absolutely amazing! I went to see her after a recent hip injury. She took the time to diagnose and explain the problems I'm having with my hip and back. She is extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. Right from my first visit I felt like I was in good hands, and very comfortable. I can't believe how much better I feel after just a few visits! Smriti is kind of physiotherapist who will diagnose root cause of issue and give you the best possible treatment. Her motive is to get you out of pain and resolve the issues as soon with minimum appointments. Not to keep your in the treatment unnecessarily long and have more appointments to make the bill high. I had issues with sewer pain in both of my shoulders and she had treated that pain only in 2 sittings. She defiantly knows what she is doing and I will recommend her without a doubt.

My experience was really very good. She is friendly and very helpful. Very professional and she helps you set realistic goals for your treatment and progress. My wrist pain was much better after my very first treatment. Would recommend to anyone needing treatment.

I struggled with back and arm pain over the past three years, and have gone to massage therapists and another physiotherapist at a large physio clinic.
What Smriti did in 1 session was far more impressive and impactful than what I experienced in 12 sessions at a big physio clinic. In the first session, she not only performed a thorough examination and asked plenty of questions, but she also treated me immediately to ensure I left that day with relief. I've been back to Smriti 4 times on this particular issue and she has helped tremendously with the pain, but also provides a lot of counselling on preventative measures that I can follow at home.

Went in there with lower back issues. Smriti is awesome at her job. Did a very comprehensive review of my pain situation and started treatment along with an exercise plan. The follow-ups and daily exercise regime helped me rehabilitate from my back pain.

During the time of pandemic when going to a physiotherapist was not a possibility, I was suffering from constant pain.I contacted Smriti online and she patiently listened to all my concerns, explained the exercises & displayed them in a sequence.
This zoom session was very helpful and my mobility increased considerably.
Follow-up online sessions were also very good and she guided me when the exercises had to be changed ( stretching/ isometrics/ strengthening).
I strongly recommend her!

Smriti is a true professional! The first time meeting with Smriti it is clearly evident that she cares very deeply for all her patients. She took the time to hear my story and understand exactly what is going on. Smriti was able to exactly diagnose what the root problem is and while also giving me a very thorough explanation. Every time Smriti is working a certain muscle or joint, she carefully explains the importance and logic behind them. While she is rehabbing me, she has educated me immensely on the importance of certain stretches/exercises. I have had nothing but an amazing experience with Smriti. She has helped me beyond words can explain!
