Value Village

I always try and donate gently used clothes and utensils here. They have a bin placed on the backside for drive and drop purposes, which is convenient for anyone to drop by themselves.

They also give discounts when you donate books to Value village.

I always like to contribute to the local organisations for a good purpose.

I found some really cute things here for very reasonable prices. It's always fun browsing thrift shops. This one was well stocked and quite clean.

Exceptional management! I initially had a customer complaint and the manager, Rasika, was quick to follow up with me in regards to my complaint. She was actively listening, caring, empathetic and was quick to resolve the issue I had in the store. I want from an unhappy customer not wanting to step foot in the store, to a happy customer who will continue to be a frequent shopper at this VV location.

My daughter and I visited after shopping at Costco (which is near) this place was really well organized, full racks, and we found some really nice things .

Good store to shop if you're looking for some budget-friendly items. Thrift is good.

One mans garbage is another mans treasure. Not wveryone live high quality life in this world so Value village is one of my favourite place to shop. It's a good thrift store for many who are struggling to make it on life.

We were exiting from the Kitchener Costco parking when we spotted a Value Village Store on the other side of the street. You'll be surprised with the variety and quality of the products and the affordable prices.

This is the best value village within Kitchener. It has a wide variety of items, the store is always well kept, and the employees are very friendly.

Amazing shopping experience! My wife got lots of quality dresses for less than 8 dollars. Bed sheets starts from 4$ upto 8$ top quality. Furnitures from 20$ onwards. I got a brand new wireleß keyboard logitexh for 4 dollar. This Value village makes lots of sense for its name. Probably this is the only shopping name that makes lots of sense on earth.😄

Best location in the region. Staff are wonderful & understanding. Prices are fair; if there is a mistake in pricing, they are quick to change it.

Staff were friendly and helpful. I found 8 dining room chairs for under $60, staff helped me learn the furniture purchasing process and loaded the chairs into our van afterwards.

I shop used and im proud of it! Environmentallu friendly! This store has great selection, easily spend 2 hours here shopping!

Friendly staff...it is always fun to search for treasures at Value Village. I do find items are expensive...I would spend more if items were not so expensive.

Great location. Very clean and very organized by category. Can spend hours if not careful. Best to have strategies by focusing on one category at a time like formal tops or work pants, or crop pants. Items are clean and in excellent condition and look brand new.
