Wow! Very impressed by this location. It’s not on my radar for regular visits as it is further away from where I live and work. But today I had ordered some tiles that were only at this location. I was asked if I needed help by no less than 5 people and I wasn’t there for more than 15 minutes. Everyone was smiling and seemed very happy to be working there. What a difference that made to my experience today. I will make the trip back there again for just that reason. Thanks for everything. Oh yeah, the tiles looked great too!

Today, my wife and I went to buy paint for the new house we just purchased. We told Danelly, the employee there, that we had no idea about paint. She was incredibly helpful, and we were really pleased with her assistance. I must say that she clearly enjoys her job, and she left a truly positive impression on us.

Had a very good experience at Home Depot Kitchener thanks to the efforts of Patrick and Richard, who helped us navigate the purchase of several items and arranged to have them delivered to our new home. Great job guys!

We went to the Kitchener Gateway store to purchase a lawnmore set that I had seen online. After asking for help we were directed to customer service and they couldn't find the deal. After talking to sales person again no luck. We have spend 1 hour in the store and no one was giving us an answer. Then Don foun the deal on line in no time and helped us with product details and even helped us loaded in the car. Thank you Don to make our day pleasurable🙂

Marc was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He explained what would be the most effective and affordable option for a) the shingles and walls on my backyard shed and b) the subfloor and vinyl plank flooring for my basement renovation.

We went to this Home depot at Sportsworld today (Oct 14) and our kid joined the HD kids workshop. We met Jeremy (store manager) and his wonderful team because we had a question. Jeremy's strong leadership is so evident. His team members are friendly and provided excellent customer service.

We also noticed that Jeremy and his team have great harmony and positive energy.

When we left the store, one of the more experienced staff even came over to make sure we've got everything we came for and offered her support in case we need something else.

Great customer service! We rented an aluminum brake and they went out of their way to make our experience 5 stars. They got 4 guys to lower from the roof of our van 😂 honestly the best rental experience we've had from any home depot. The Van Mark brake was perfect, actually locked and I had absolutely no problems.

I would say one of my best experience with store in buying appliances.

From last 3 years i bought multiple appliances from home depot (Cambridge and sunrise plaza) for my home and the experience with Associate Kamal from homedepot Gateway drive Kitchener is ultimate.
She guided us with best of the appliances and features as well as the buying of electric stove goes soo smooth. I would recommend Kamal for playing best role in her duty.

This store offered one of the best instances of customer service I have had at a home depot in a long time. We are not local, but they had a product in stock that we wanted. From the phone call to confirm the inventory to the final checkout at the store, they were professional, helpful and friendly. Other home depot stores should learn from this one.

Got all my deck materials here for cheaper than Rona/lowes. Super helpful staff.

Their washrooms are really nice. They also have a lot of stuff.
