This is the best pet store in kw!! To the two ladies that helped me find a proper harness for my injured dog, on Friday last week. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! I’m hoping you will both see this and comment so I have the correct names! You guys are the absolute best!!!! Thank you for always going above and beyond to help a customer in need!! 🥰 We love Ren’s but we love the employees even more 😉🐶

Been looking for a product that would keep our pet safe and was approached by Claudette. The knowledge, experience, passion and care for us as a customer was second to none.

The staff is always so friendly and helpful! There’s a decent selection of good quality and premium products with prices being fairly average. I like Ren’s so much more compared to other big pet stores because they actually carry a nice selection of GOOD CAT PRODUCTS!! The only place where I can find proper harnesses/collars, safe toys, and grooming supplies.

They also have an adorable little cart for pushing around your small kitty or doggy. My little guy enjoyed his visit and all the love from the staff 🥰

I have to say the transformation of this store is incredible. We have been going for a few years, I won't comment on how it used to be but now the service is best you can get. The staff is amazing!!

We’re both new to Kitchener and the staff here have been so welcoming and friendly , large store with great selection for my little guy. Remember him by name and always greet us when we come in.

Employees are always friendly and they know all their products very well! They helped us transition our cats off dry kible to raw which really made a night and day difference with our cats (no more hair balls, softer fur, better temperament, more energy). When we ran into flea problems upon moving the ladies there were sooo helpful and effectively got the issue dealt with in a few days.

Great store! Staff are always friendly and helpful, and pricing is very fair. I switched to coming here when regular pricing for my dogs food was significantly cheaper than PetValu & PetSmart. Having the free food program like other major competitors is icing on the cake.

I came in today with my dog for some new grooming tools because the furminator had been damaging my dogs fur from prolonged use. One of the staff was very helpful, opened a few packages for me and let me find the one that worked best for my dog. I wasn't expecting to be able to do that, but I ended up walking out with multiple items. Great experience, thank you so much. My dog has never looked better!

Very knowledgeable staff , friendly and they have products that you can't find at other stores. Fair pricing.

We took Benji (dog) there for his birthday. Friendly, helpful staff, lots of selection, a bit on the pricey side for some things but also some good deals. Benji loves it for the experience since he can go in, fantastic smells, loads of interesting things and others to meet and greet.

The staff here are amazing. Just got our doodle sized on a harness. They came over and helped, and showed us how to size it properly. Very friendly, even helped us take the dog food to the car since we had our kid with us. Thanks Rens!!!!

Ren's Pets features a convenient location, spacious parking lot, and an impressively large selection of pet supplies.

The staff are friendly and the prices seem to be fairly reasonable for most dog toys and clothing that I've purchased recently.

We are always appreciative for the staff at Ren's! They've recently helped us figure out a better food to support our cats' digestive systems (it's been a process and they've been so patient with all of our worries and wonderings). It's such a welcoming space with knowledgeable staff who really care about our pets' wellbeing.

My dogs are new to Kitchener hence a new store. Today both my German shepherds went into the store for the first time. The staff immediately recognized them and gave them appropriate attention and finished with treats.
They're always so knowledgeable and helpful but today they went above and beyond.
This will be my one store.

Staff are really friendly and super helpful with questions. Also a bigger location with more selection.

I went there looking for a hands-free leash, and the young employee who helped me was very friendly and helpful. She showed me exactly what I was looking for and how to use it.

50 pounds of oxbow hay would cost at my old store $30 for 5.5 pound bags. So $270 by the bag over time or $130 for 50 pounds. That's less than half price. I saved $140 this way. And that's not on sale. Imagine what savings it'll be when it is. And the guinea pig food is also much much cheaper. Save money for sure on small pet needs for sure.

Great store. Has everything your pet could possibly want. Spacious, clean, well laid out. Friendly helpful staff.

Walked in asked where the recovery suits were cashier took me to them helped me pick size stated at least 3 times if it didn't fit bring it back
