We bth had the new Chicken Parmesan Flatbread pizzas. First time we had them we enjoyed it so much, had to try again. We were not disappointed. So very good, and only a few minutes wait. Definitely will get them again.

They were generous in providing expresso coffee. There was a young man with blond hair who was 20 years old. He was smiling and laughing. I loved that. Thank you.

Plenty of seating, order is taken quickly, and lots of products available on display on Sat morning. Drive-thru available if you need it. Store is clean and there is enough workers to go through your orders in an organized manner.

This is a post specifically for Lucas who works at this location. This kid is everything you want in your business. Super polite and friendly. Makes sure he takes his time and gets absolutely everything right. Added bonus of letting me pick hockey card packs from a handful that he had spread out in his hands. Quick enough, but deliberate so he’s accurate. Ensures he gets your attention when your food’s ready. Absolute rock star. I hope he gets recognized and treated well.

Would always get my while hot chocolate with baileys shot (yum), omelet bites (bacon) which are really good and herb and garlic pastry (yum) plus the washroom

I frequently place orders through the Tim Hortons app for pickup at this Tim Hortons location. The staff now recognize me so that each time I enter, they know and have my order ready for me. The staff are friendly, kind, and occasionally engage in small talk which is appreciated.

Orders are prompt, they even recognize my vehicle in drive through and typically have my order on the screen before I even have to say anything. The weekday morning staff are quite prompt, and friendly. They weekends are hit or miss.... ordering a rare drink I guess is my own fault, however a little further training of weekend daytime/evening staff may be an asset to this location.

Props, great location, and although weekend orders sometimes end up wrong, it is still a friendly environment, and friendly staff.

Great to have this Tim Hortons branch at this spot on Bedford Highway, quick service, not busy as others, so you will find seats, and most menu items are available till late during the evening, which would be normally gone by then at other Tim's.

Typically a bit slow at drive thru here, but it's because the staff is so friendly they always have a little chat with their regular customers and are genuinely happy to see them. The personal experience is always superb and the coffee is ways hot!

I've noticed that the quality can vary from location to location. Some places maintain cleanliness and efficiency, while others may struggle with service speed and order accuracy.

Do all Tim Hortons play the same music? I don't think they do. This one has great tunes, mostly classic 70s soft rock the few times I have been here.
