This is a permit lot run by the city. There is no public parking. It is not maintained well enough inside with regards to ice build up in run off locations and they don't plow the ramps as good as I feel they should but there is a lot of parking and the spots are generous. They should restrict the parking of trucks by the entrance as it makes it hard to see cars coming around the corner.

It's a parking garage. Exactly what you'd expect. One entrance is weird though, you enter in the left lane.

You can't park there. It is for reserved parking only. Says so on signs outside of it. :(
