Amazing and unforgettable experience! Sinead and her team are so great! They did an outstanding job catering our wedding reception.
1. Food quality. The food was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. Sinead went above and beyond to accommodate all our guests, taking good care of everybody. She paid extra attention to one of my guests with special dietary needs, sliced our wedding cakes (they are in special shapes).
2. Time management. We fell behind schedule due to extended photo time during ceremony. They waited us patiently, double checked the time with us for each course to be served. Her team managed the timeline seamlessly, ensuring everything ran smoothly.
3. Communication. Sinead and I had at least 5 phone calls and countless email communications months prior to our big day. She did her best to accommodate all my requirements and needs. Her team helped set up the table, including plates, chargers, glasswares, even menus and gifts.
4. Sinead is not only a talented caterer but also a genuinely kind person with a heart of gold. My husband and I had to leave the table from time to time and rarely sat to finish our plate, Sinead reserved each course and appetizer, never rush us. My married friends said their carter took away everything on their wedding day. All my friends and family feel good with their catering.

I have used Dine & Style's catering two years in a row for our department full day retreat. The food is excellent quality and my coworkers are always happy with their meals. The staff are fantastic! I loved working with Sinead from Dine & Style. She is the best! So fun and professional at the same time. She also has a great team of people and they handled our wedding beautifully.
The food and portion sizes were amazing! My Dad said from even the salad he could tell it was going to be good, and it was!
Sinead worked with me to help take care of all my guests and their allergies. It was a lot of work and she was always positive and kind.
The kitchen also ran right on time... we wanted our whole dinner time to be only 1.5 hours and they nailed it!

Sinead and the team at Dine & Style catered our wedding at Whispering Springs this past August and it was absolutely incredible! Our guests couldn't stop raving about the huge grazing board!! And how delicious everything was. Sinead was awesome to work with because she knew our venue inside and out. YUMMMM... perfection. Dine & Style Catered our wedding a couple of weeks ago. Our venue required them to set up their own covered outdoor kitchen and prep area. Even with the temporary setup Dine & Style made all 90 plates look and taste amazing. We couldn't have asked for more. From the Menu selection to guests eating desserts everything was super easy for us. Sinead and her team of professionals were friendly, efficient and just delightful.

We just finished our tasting with their team and everything was fantastic. We really wanted to do our tasting before we booked with them, but because of COVID we had to go ahead and book in advance of trying their food. Well, safe to say that we shouldn’t have stressed at all. Everything was excellent.

We’re pretty big foodies and wanted to make sure the dishes were going to be great for our wedding. They have SO many options to choose from. The flavours and plating were all excellent, and we got to narrow down what we were looking for. They’re also open to making substitutions or different combinations, which is really helpful.

Super looking forward to our wedding day!

Update because apparently I’m not allowed to review again! We had our wedding a week ago and Sinead and her team were FANTASTIC! They worked with us to create our dream menu and executed a 120 person event fully under a tent on a remote property. Food was executed perfectly and Sinead was a total dream to work with. She was hugely organized - beyond just the food, also helping us coordinate rentals since we had to bring everything in for the tented wedding. She was organized, calm and so FUN! I’m a big foodie with high standards and I would highly recommend Sinead and her team. What a perfect experience. We can’t thank you enough!!

We are so happy we used Dine & Style for our corporate retreat at Whispering Springs! We used their breakfast, lunch and dinner menus for a group of 19 people on June 29-30, 2023. Sinead was so great and accommodating to work with behind the scenes when planning out the menus. They have a great menu selection and easily accommodate allergies/diets. Onsite, the staff arrived on time and set up the food beautifully. The food was so DELICIOUS! I'm still thinking about the corn on the cob and the strawberry shortcake petits pots! Everyone loved the tasty quality and portions of the food. My favourite part was that Dine & Style and Whispering Springs arranged the boxed breakfasts to be delivered at everyone's tent in the mornings. This was really well organized. Thank you from the O/B team!!

We had amazing experience with Dine & Style Fine Catering. They were so helpful in the planning of our wedding and ensure that all guests even those with dietary restrictions were well fed! My brother and sister in law both shared that it was the best wedding food they had ever had! The meat was so tender it fell off the bone. It was a small wedding/elopment so we were in the same space as the chef and server, they were both so fun while prepping the food and chatting with us. I highly recommend!

Sinead and her team are perfection! They catered the most amazing meal for our wedding (guests raved about it), the bartenders were a hit, and each staff member was incredibly professional and helpful. Sinead also was our day of coordinator and knowing she was running the show allowed me to truly enjoy our day. I had 1000% trust in her and her team and they went above expectations. I’d use Dine & Style for any and every event big or small.

Had a fantastic experience with Dine and Style and would 100% recommend them for any event. We had a 85 person outdoor event at my home and absolutely every step in preparation and execution was better than I could have imagined, and the food was excellent and plentiful. Rebecca and Kyle and their team were top notch.

If I could give Dine & Style anything greater than a perfect score, I would! Sinead & her team catered my wedding in early September and they could not have been more amazing! Not only was the food incredible, but Sinead was so hands on throughout the entire planning process. She helped us with everything from the menu, to the linens and flatware, and even helped us work out our seating plan! Everyone gave us a ton of compliments on how great the food was, AND a TON of people asked for her card at the end of the night! Sinead was easily the kindest and most accommodating person we worked with, and she made planning so easy and fun. I don't have enough good things to say about her and her team. Truly. My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Dine & Style for our wedding reception.

From the first point of contact with the team, we felt great about putting our deposit down and setting up the tasting.

Typically, when you go to a wedding reception, people usually remember the venue, food and the bar.

We truly have not experienced a level of quality and professionalism in any other catering capacity.

Our guests raved about the food and gave us a ton of compliments, and some got her card for their own events. One of our guests even stated that it was better than a 5-star restaurant he went to in the US.

We used Dine & Style as our wedding caterer this May. Can't say enough great things about Sinead and her team!!! Communication was clear and we were treated with hospitality and kindness. Sinead looked after booking all of our rentals (chairs/tables/etc.) and it was a huge help to keep us organized and leave lots of the details with her. We also used bartenders through Dine & Style, all of the bartenders/servers were wonderful and our wedding guests loved them! Dine & Style curated a Mediterranean themed menu and it was delicious. Money well spent!
