My husband and I came in yesterday to meet with Cherryl to go over some personal baking needs and we couldn't be happier with her service! She was quick, efficient and was able to do exactly what we needed the first time round! We've had a few experiences here with other personal bankers that left much to be desired, but Cherryl was absolutely fantastic! Thank you :)

I bank here regularly and have consistently received excellent & friendly customer service. I recently needed assistance with a transaction, which required a meeting with someone on a more senior level. I met with a wonderful lady named Joy, who's service proved to be above and beyond. Her name aptly describes her nature, as she was an absolute joy to deal with. While performing the transaction, she explained what she was doing and why she was doing it, did everything I required efficiently, and went the extra mile to offer, and help me with, ideas I would not have known about. What a pleasure, and fine example of what customer service can and should be! Bravo to Joy, and to her co-workers, who have made banking at this branch something I look forward to!

I had an amazing experience at this location, I had a few questions about my credit card and I forgot to book an appointment but Joy was an absolute pleasure and took the time to help me out and give me some great tips. I think Joy should be recognized for her amazing work and wonderful personality. It’s people like her that make me recommend coming to this location! I'll try to sum this up in consideration of the character limitations.

Life can get difficult and throw challenges and obstacles around every corner.

Whether it's pandemics, staff shortages, sickness, enduring life altering medical procedures and the risks and complications that accompany them, poverty, mental illness, corporate greed (cutting hours while reaping exorbitant profits and overworking undervalued people), injury, exhaustion, misinformation, lack of information, giving life or feeling like giving up on life ... it can get frustrating at times.

Twice now, I have experienced staff of all levels that have recognized that human decency must trump efficiency or corporate convenience.

Thank you to the individuals who arranged both these sets of circumstances to ease the pain of people who needed it in that moment.

My second experience was concerning my grandmother, and recently, the first was myself, almost a decade ago.

The staffs that helped my boyfriend and I were absolutely amazing, we spoke with Suja on Friday and another young woman on Saturday. They both took the time to teach us a few things, gave us a few options and were super knowledgeable. Super thankful for their hard work and help.

If you are coming to this location to open a bank account you are going to want to ask for Archit, He is a delightful person that will work around the clock to make sure you are taken care of. Very happy with my experience at TD and him. I hope this review makes it to his desk

I had the friendliest service from Duncan. He gave me peace of mind when I was concerned about my bank account being compromised. He also was very kind and caring to an elderly woman that was at the counter ahead of me. Duncan I wish the world was full of nothing but kind, caring, compassionate humans like you. I have been dealing with this branch at Stephenson and King St. in Oshawa for estate matters on my Late Parents account. I have found this branch to be excellent on all levels of service and dealing with Tohanna as an advisor has been a pleasure. They really know what they are doing and I'm not being delayed with errors or mistakes.

Visited this branch recently and they solved my problems in minutes. As I first tried the other TD location on 404 Dundas St W Whitby which is the most convenient for me but they said they can’t help me out and asked me to call customer service instead.

I don’t usually review bank places but if there is any TD bank location that offers great service and are customer focused, then this location here offers what you need. The staff here are amazing, they smile, and run a few jokes to make your day.

Friendly and courteous staff. I have been using this branch for years and it is generally a pleasant experience. Hours of operation are decent compared to other non td banking choices.

Agent i spoke with had great customer service and went above and beyond to tend my needs, gave me banking advice and was all around a good expirience, i went in a little upset and she made the interaction very pleasent. Long wait in line but it was well worth it
