Food was excellent. Had the seafood platter and coconut cream pie was to die for! Also there mashed potatoes might have been the best I had ever had. Nice atmosphere. Good working a/c on a hot day inside. Would for sure visit Crows Nest again when travelling back to Nova Scotia from Ontario 10/10

The food is amazing and the staff friendly. The chowder was delicious as were the pan fried scallops and lobster sandwich. The sauce in the giant potato with lobster was fantastic too. Get there early as it was packed by 6. View is lovely!

I must say, I have had a lot of clams and fries in my day. Up until now, the Blarney Stone in Bridgewater was my favorite spot. Today, I just had the best clams I have ever had. A good-sized serving as well. Service was great as well.

Best seafood platter. Prepared to your preferences. Highly recommend. Severs pay attention to their customers. Nice view and interesting decor. Wish they were in my home town.

Had a wonderful lunch featuring beautiful pan seared scallops cooked to perfection. Our fantastic waitress Libby made reservations for us noting it would be busy and she was on point!! We returned for dinner and wasnt disappointed. Great service and food amazing!

Some of the best food we had in Nova Scotia. Service checked in often to see how everything was. Very cozy restaurant. Kids enjoyed the ton of poutine options on the menu. They heavily recommended the loaded beef poutine. The chowder and lobster sandwich was amazing.

Really good seafood and very nice service, will comeback !
As a quebecois, I was really surprised in a good way by the lobster poutine, very cheesy and good portion of lobster! The gravy sauce was replace by a very good fish/lobster sauce.
And the scallops 3 ways was amazing, I loved the one with the bacon in particular
In conclusion, a great place to eat if you are visiting the area

Our family appreciated the gluten free options on the menu. They have a designated fryer for gluten free food. The food was delicious and all the staff were friendly and great with our grandchildren. We will be back again!!

Stopped randomly to eat on our visit to Digby. We ordered 2 types of fish and chips, as well as scallops. Everything was absolutely delicious. The service was great, food came out quick. Recommend anyone visiting Digby stop by this gem. Be prepared for a wait as it seems very popular!

The food was incredible, we had (all gluten free) scallops, seafood chowder, and the lobster potato. Large portion sizes, great view from the patio and again the food was incredible!

Stopped by on Victoria Day for a late lunch, before getting on the Digby Ferry. Our usual dining place (Sea Biscuit) was closed. So we tried the Crow's Nest! What a fantastic experience! Great home cooking and fast service. We were most pleased! Beef Tortellini Soup and Seafood Chowder was superb.

The best Shellfish I have ever had.

I had the Seafood Combo with Pan Seared Scallops and Deep Fried Clams. My fiancée had the pulled pork sandwich and we split some Mozza sticks to start. The Pork could not be contained by the bun, so much meat and sauce it required cutlery. Mozza sticks were served with Honey Garlic sauce and sour cream.

Absolutely out of the park and a must go location. Place was out the door busy with locals and tourists alike. Make a reservation for dinner and you won't be disappointed.

First time trying seafood chowder and liked it. Yes, as said in other reviews, there was alot of potatoes in the dish but it had alot of other seafood too.

The salmon threeway was interesting but prefer simple pan seared types.

The lobster on cod was interesting. Loved the freshness of the seafood but found the cream a bit too strong and overpowering.

The seafood chowder was so good we stayed in town an extra hour for opening just to eat it again. Lovely little gem

We enjoyed a very very very good dinner ( scallops and haddock and the children have had chicken fingers and a burger) with a stunning view over digby harbour. If we ever come back to Nova Scotia, this little cosy restaurant with the great service will be a reason for it.

Food at the restaurant was great- ordered thr lobster roll, chowder and scallops. Portions were large and both the sandwich and chowder were stuffed with lobster/fish. Highly recommend if you're in the area.
