It was awesome 👌 we were able to bath our dog it was great, they supplied the shampoo,towels, blow dryer.
Then he saw Heather to get his nails done.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, we had no problem we can not wait to bring him back.

I’ve used the dog wash stations and they are kept nice and clean and on a recent purchase, the item was defective, and the return process could not have been simpler. Highly recommend the store and the management.

Absolutely wonderful customer service. Their online shopping comes directly to my home....AND NO CARRYING HEAVY KITTY LITTER...YAAAA...love you all..will shop here for their products faithfully.
Caveat about Ultra Performatrim cat food.
It took 4 cats from having hair to having glossy, luxuriant FUR.

As at all the Pet Value stores I've visited, the staff is very helpful and friendly. We travel a lot with three dogs and always look for a Pet Valu because of their great staff and vast inventory of pet supplies.
