I’ve come to this location with my dog since they’ve opened and I’ve always had excellent service. My sweet Shitzu is 10 years old and usually she isn’t comfortable with the scent of approaching a pet store because she knows she’s getting a haircut but she’s never anxious coming here. Christian is always so sweet and gentle with her and she always looks and smells so good after her service.

I took my two dogs, Tego and Zina, to PetSmart for grooming, and Christian did an amazing job! He was so kind and you could really tell how passionate he is about his work. Christian explained the grooming process thoroughly and recommended some great aftercare products. Tego and Zina came back looking so fluffy and smelling wonderful! He even gave me some treats to take home for them. 100% recommend, and I’m already looking forward to our appointment next month!

I brought my Shih Tzu LuLu in for Grooming last week for her very first hair cut at a Groomers. I was most fortunate to have gotten Christian for her very first Groom. He worked magic with her. She can be over active and difficult to cut her hair and nails. When I arrived to pick her up, I was completely overwhelmed and thrilled at what I saw. LuLu was happy, and her Grooming had been done exactly as per my instructions. She was "runway" ready! And, all of her toe nails and dew claws (that she is so protective of) had been trimmed expertly. I now trust Christian at Pet Smart with my precious fur baby, and will be going there regularly for LuLu's Grooming and Nail Trims.

Staff are excellent. Heather is now my go-to groomer for my puppy. She did an excellent job. She is super patient and gentle with the dogs and really knows how to get the job done. Heather provided valuable feedback for the care of my puppy. The store staff and other grooming staff are super friendly and helpful. I appreciate their kindness and attentiveness. This is a smaller Petsmart location. I hope they will get a more diverse selection of products such as dog shampoos, conditioners, de-matting sprays, dog beds and toys.

Friendly staff. Smaller store, so it's not overwhelming. Kitties and Betta fish, as well as worms and crickets for the reptiles.

Christian is such a wonderful groomer I've been taking my dogs there for months and never had an issue my dogs always look good and he definitely takes care and pride in his work thank you.

They were so patient and detailed with my old dog. He has been fussy with us grooming him ourselves in his golden years, so we left him to the pros. He's literally shining now! Smells fantastic and seems to be extra proud of himself! Will be back.

Brought my dog for a bath with Lillian, and she did a fantastic job. She was so polite and helpful. He looked and smelt amazing 10/10. I highly recommend

Chris is amazing with my dog. He did such a good job that my dog smelt wonderful even after a week! This is the first ever! Chris, you rock!

Came in April 5th with out 5 month old puppy Honey to get the "pawdicure" and I cannot say enough about the 2 employees working at the front that day especially the girl with reddish hair.. Honey loved her and i will definitely try and rebook with the same girl next time if its possible

Had the best grooming service I could ask for my puppy! Everyone one was so friendly and Chris was very professional and passionate about dogs! definitely taking my puply back there!

My dog is really nervous when it comes to grooming! But Maddison is gentle and accommodating to him. Very helpful staff. We are her repeat client and highly recommend this store.
