Kudos to Pet Value at lake vista plaza Oshawa. Excellent customer service. I had an issue with a product and they replaced it no questions asked. I was missing half the box of a product I bought. They gave me an entire new box. I was kinda scared they wouldn’t believe me as that’s not my usual location and they don’t know me but I was pleasantly surprised how they handled the situation. Will definitely be back to this location ❤😻 thank you to the kind staff and service

I use this store to occasionally get my grandchildren’s dog treats. Every time I have been welcomed with a “hello , can I help you”. The staff are friendly and have been very informative . Thank you all for your customer care. Kudos

Love this location! Andrea the manager is sweet and Alexa appreciates her take home treats! The employees are super nice and always so helpful! This is also Alexa's favourite Walk N Roll stop for some quick shopping.

Fantastic staff and they always have the product I need for both my cats and puppy. If they don't have the size of what I want, they always have a solution that works and did I mention the friendly and helpful staff? Great store

Amazing service I'd really like too see a small set up tank for some display fish would be a nice for the store front. Bought two betas from here an majority of my supplys hoping to get more in the future would love to see female betas come in an Corydoras catfish make a tank for them there amazing bottom feeder fish for display tanks much love from me guys maybe when I upgrade I can donate my tank I have an set up a small tank for u guys so everyone can enjoy some fishies in Ur store make them the store pets an show everyone how amazing tanks can be ❤

I have always enjoyed going to this store. For three years I lived close by and was in there weekly. Two years ago I moved further away but still go to this store because I am always treated well and staff are helpful and knowledgeable. I am especially fond of Mercedes and Jenn who are always happy to see me and assist me with whatever I need. It is well worth it for me to go out of my way to go to this location.

Friendly, helpful staff. Lots of products for all types of pets. If there is something they do not have in stock they try their best to order items in. Terrific service.

Favourite pet store ever. The staff are always so knowledgeable and ready to answer any questions you have. They have helped e to fit muzzles, collars and harnesses on my rather large dog. Everytime we go he always gets a treat and is treated like a total celebrity!

I wish I knew the ladies name. My wife and I went in cause our cat is sick. The lady was really helpful and so nice. My wife spilt her tea all over the place and it was like ten minutes before closing. My wife and I felt so bad and kept apologizing and offered to clean it up but the nice lady said it was ok, she didn't mind cleaning it up.

Who ever you are, sorry once again and thank you so much for your kindness and for being so helpful. You deserve a raise.
