Purchased a pergola from this store and, had some questions and the associates went out of their way to be helpful. We also ended up getting a great discount also on the pergola as, one of the associates told us if we went to customer service and bought it on-line but at the associate counter we’d get an additional $100 off. Was incredibly nice of the associate. The pergola looks beautiful on our patio. Thank you.

Jean-Albert went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help my mother and I. He didn’t hesitate to help us in the rain, helped us lift super heavy product and made sure we got to the cash to checkout and have some help loading our car. He helped us with our calculations to ensure we picked the best product, helped us compare products/price, and really impressed us overall. We underestimated this ordeal and Jean-Albert came to the rescue. We’re so thankful.

The service i get there is pretty good compared to the anemic service that seems the new norm nowadays. They are so confident they are good that even if they don't have the specific brand they want they will just plainly tell you to go to their competitor, and that, for some reason makes me trust their service even more. I always go to home depot first. Their employees feel like good people that are not forced through corporate molds.

We had excellent client service from the salesperson in the large appliances section. She was courteous, friendly, patient and very well informed about the fridges, stoves and washing machines we are interested in buying.

This place is my second home, I must go there probably 3-4 times a week. Good quality products, better than Rona. Service is great if you go during the week. Weekend is a hit or miss, can't tell why. Depends on the employee I guess.

The employees are extremally helpful and knowledgeable about the items in their respective department. The management of this store is doing something very well, because the service is excellent throughout the store. However, I must highlight that Mody (Kitchen Design) and Marc (Customer Service) are exceptionally helpful and always welcoming the customer with a big smile. I actually have a Reno Depot that is only 3 km from my home, but the service at Home Depot is so much better, that I will travel the extra 10 km any day, to bring my business to this store.

I ordered a Ryobi Pressure washer on line, for pick up at this location. When I came to pick my order, I first went to the department that my Ryobi pressure washer was being display for sale. An employee named Jean Albert greeted me and asked if I needed any help. I told him that I was picking up my order and I was curious if a extension wand was included in the pressure washer kit as I also was getting a surface cleaner along with my pressure washer. He stated he was not certain but went thru the box details with me to check. He also stated that a Ryobi rep was in the store and he could help me order an extension as they were none available in the store. Jean went to find the rep for me. Jean explained that my order was at the service desk and offered to accompany me there. I found Jean extremely helpful, friendly and eager to provide outstanding customer service. In all my years shopping at this location, Jean by far has been the most helpful and friendly employee that I have had the pleasure of being served by. He strives to give the best customer service possible and is indeed an asset to this department.

Called before going to confirm inventory online was accurate before driving 3 hours (from Ontario). Customer service on the phone was great, the man on the phone confirmed they had it in stock and would have it held until we arrived. Upon arrival-15 mins before closing-we went back to find someone in flooring and the young man was quick to show us the flooring we were looking for and say he would get a cart to get the skid of tiles for us as well as someone to get a machine to bring down another skid. These two young guys were polite and friendly in all interactions. They brought the tiles on the skid out to the truck and 3 more individuals came out to help load the tiles onto the truck. Great experience all around. Everyone was helpful and friendly despite us not leaving until 30 mins after close.

Usually has what I need, usually has someone knowledgeable to assist me. I do have the luxury of not having to shop here on Saturday or Sunday, so I avoid doing so. Might affect the 5-star rating....

Wow, what's an excellent service and so friendly. I went for information about changing my AC unit and thermopompe.
The service desk answered all my basic questions and set up an appointment with a professional who will come to my home for free to gove an estimate and what I need.
I am referring you to this excellent location. Best service and competitive prices. I am always impressed by them and thank you for that. Excellent customer service is not easy to find those days.
