Best Buy

I’ve shopped at many Best Buy stores in many different locations. It’s always been the same experience. No issues really ever. I’ve avoided shopping there on Boxing Days because it’s so so busy. 😂 it’s always fun shopping here because let’s face it. It’s an adult toy store. 😂

Went in there with the intention of purchasing a specific item and didn’t have lots of time: got fast and friendly service, was in and out all within 10 minutes. No waiting to get help, no attempt to promote or try to sell me anything else, just info about what I needed. Thank you for the great experience.

Employee (Josh) gave us a pretty good service and even managed to show me a better alternative for my broken hard drive. I tried acting smart like he was showing me something I already knew, but deep down I was struck.

Extremely good service from the supervisor and worker. They stayed 1 hour and a half after closing setting up my friend’s iPhone.

For people in Ottawa it's far but, it's the only location in the region where you will actually have somebody helping you right away. Ottawa is the capital of sorry this isn't my department.

I went to Best Buy to purchase the latest home automation accessories and found their selection was plentiful and reasonably priced.

The young man who helped me was very polite and knew exactly where the merchandise was in the store. Great service.

Looking for a sound bar. Was pleasantly approached by Nicko (I think that was his name :) ). Very knowledgeable, pleasant, patient, explained in detail, offered options without pressure, asked questions to define my needs..... Good job Nick! Excellent salesmanship in identifying needs and offering product options... Did not buy today but I AM returning this week to purchase!

Customer service was really good. They didnt pressure me to buy anything but were available to answer my questions. They were also knowledgeable about electronics (explaining the difference with one versus another). They also didnt pressure me to buy extra protection.

I came to our favourite Best Buy Store here in Gatineau with a new iPad Pro looking to purchase a screen protector. I was greeted at the front door with excellent COVID-19 sanitization protocol. I was immediately assisted by a Sales Associate - Thierry whom helped me choose the right screen protector. He immediately asked their Geek Squad technician to install for me. Only a 15min wait and a nominal charge. While waiting, Thierry asked if we had an IPad case. Thierry asked several questions on how we would be using our new iPad and recommended the best case for our needs. We always receive excellent customer service at Best Buy Gatineau and I highly recommend this store and Thierry to any customer.
