What u really appreciate is he took the extra step to make a great memorable experience for me! Kudos to his customer service attitude for creating a Fan experience and not limited to just customer experience !

We bought a new TV last week, a sound bar and subwoofer. There were problems with the TV so we took it back today. The experience couldn't have gone better. Great customer service from every member of the staff who was involved. When I don't get good service I let people know but when I do I let people know as well. Couldn't be happier with Best Buy and will be back for more purchases!

Loved best buy, a lot. I like to purchase headphones from them, like the skull candy brand. Really good quality. And I also bought a Lenovo brand laptop from them, had it for 5 years and it still works well.

Geek Squad at this location gave my wife and I new screen protectors for our phones. Carmen was very friendly, did a high quality installation and was knowledgeable about all of the questions we had.

Store manager Kevin and customer service rep Sophia are a shining example of legendary customer service. I had an issue with my sons new PC and they were very empathetic and helpful. I first had the pleasure of being serviced by Sophia who was extremely knowledgeable and understanding. She found a solution to my problem and had me come back the next day to see Geek Squad.
The next day I saw Sophia again and she brought me back to Geek Squad directly and got me their help right away. When Geek Squad made their recommendation I now was helped by Kevin the store manager who went above and beyond to help with an exchange that needed to take place. Kevin and Sophia truly represent Best Buy well and are committed to exemplary customer service. I will definitely be recommending my family and friends to this Victoria Street, Whitby Location.

Amazing place and amazing Staff. I went in to visit this location to buy a new TV and I asked an employee by the name of Dalton for some assistance in getting a new TV, and which one is the best one to get for my needs. Dalton proceeded to help me out even though he worked in a different part of the store and then called another worker over by the name of Kyle and he helped me out so much. I definitely recommend coming to this location if you want a positive experience.

Good deal but the employees made the difference. I went in to get a copy of the ps5 with god of war bundle and did not find it on the shelves, just the individual consoles and copy of the games. Asked an attendant, Adam, for help and the poor guy went from one end of the store to another trying to find any in stock. There weren’t but he came back and offered to get a console and copy of GOW to see if he could get an impromptu bundle approved, which was cleared. Left very happy and deeply appreciative of the extra work that Adam put in, made sure to get his name before leaving the store. Will definitely go back.

Needed to buy a mobile phone for a family member. The staff at the mobile phone desk was extremely helpful selecting the phone and finding all the right accessories. We were done super quick.

If you are fortunate enough to get connected with Hanna after calling Best Buy's 1-800 number and sitting through the unending menu options trying to decide which one is the right one for you, Hanna will take good care of you! She connected me with the Geek Squad and we were able to discuss the issue.

My husband and I purchased a television from this location and had an issue with it. We contacted Samsung and they were less than helpful. Fortunately for us we spoke with Evan one of the managers at this location and we received the most stellar customer service that we have ever received. What a refreshing change to actually deal with a manager who listened to our concerns and did whatever he could to accommodate us and make us feel like valued customers. We have purchased pretty much all of our electronics from Best Buy throughout the years and will continue to do so based on this latest experience. We also dealt with one of the sales associates, Adam, who was also very knowledgeable and accommodating. 5 stars for these guys! Thank you for the amazing service!

I got last minute notice that I was going to be working from home. I went into Best Buy and got assistance from Jordan. He gave me a great recommendation for a monitor, a keyboard and a mouse. He was a pleasure to talk too, he was very knowledgable in all aspects of technology and he was patient as I was making decisions. He went above and beyond to make sure that I had everything I needed. It's my first day working from home with all of my new things and they are working great! I highly recommend going in and seeing Jordan if you are in the same situation!
