This is definitely an interesting store you can visit every week and see if you can grab some good deals. Some prices are ridiculously cheap and you end up buying stuff that you don't even need. Last time I think we bought three frozen margarita pizzas 3 for $5 they were decent especially for the price. But I wouldn't pay $10 per pizza. They have some interesting candy and pop from the USA, that's slightly overpriced. Some rare chips and energy drinks are also generally on deals. There is a refrigerated section that seems to be the best deal for cold cuts and some type of sour cream dips are pretty cheap as well. There is a section for vegan food which we've tried and loved. We've also had from their some bag chicken wings and baked chicken burgers which were very good especially for the price. We always return and find different things each time to buy, I wish it opens at 8:00 a.m. like the no frills in the same parking lot. But if you want the deal you got to wait till 9:00 a.m. they're also is other grocery outlets around the same area but I generally find this one is the largest and nicest with more choices than the others.

This is such a hidden gem!!! I don't know why more people don't shop here. We buy a lot of name brands at great prices. Nothing has ever been past date, but it is a short date. I do always say, Best Before, not Bad After...

The prices are phenomenal, nearly half of what I would’ve paid at a “budget” grocer such as No Frills or Food Basics.

Fantastic little grocery shop. Every time we go there are new and unique deals. Don't hesitate if you see something, on your next visit... it will probably be gone.

I love this store! Obsessed really. Keeps all the food I could need organized, clean and the staff are friendly! It's my go to for gluten free and vegan options at a great price point!! I'm not just saying that. I'm about to go there right after work

Vegan/Vegetarian paradise.

I wish I found this place sooner. The amount of amazing Vegan and Vegetarian options available for such a great price, is nothing short of amazing. They also often have products that you cannot find elsewhere very easily. Staff are very friendly and very helpful.

Massive selection in a very well organized, newly renovated store.

I highly recommend this chain of stores and specifically this location.
Lots of frozen; gluten free, vegetarian, meat and fish items in their massive wall of freezers to choose from.

If you haven't visited in a while, I suggest you swing by and take a look at what is in stock. Items rotate often so best to make the occasional trip to see what they have - be warned if you see something you want, don't wait to but it as it may not be there next time you visit.

A great variety of hidden gems for amazing prices. I'm vegan, so I was pleasantly surprised to see just how many options they had for us in stock. It's become a regular go-to and will continue to be!

This place is amazing. What a great place to actually save money. I just left and couldn't believe my bill. I will buying all my groceries here from now on. Please support them.
