Sobeys Timberlea

In my opinion, one of the best Sobeys location around. Most times, not too busy. The fruit section is always packed and so far the quality was good. Some products are overpriced for sure compared to other grocery stores. The best part of this store is the staff: super nice and helpful. 5 stars from me.

This store is staffed by people who mainly live in the area and it shows.
They are so nice, warm, swem to be a good team, the younger staff actually do a great job helping customers...very proud of this store.

Great! We usually go to Timberlea. And our Cashier Rylee was awesome. She's very friendly and helpful and a definite asset to that Store! No question!

All staff are so helpful, it’s the only grocery store where you don’t have to search for a cart, the boys will even come with you and return the cart to the store. The managers are friendly, the store is immaculate and well stocked.

Nice and clean store but a bit pricey

Love this store. Never overly busy. Friendly staff. Great place to run into old friends, who I haven't seen in years.
Will definitely continue to shop here, plus it is very convenient.

Today I went to the bakery at Sobeys and there was this very helpful girl named Emily she was very helpful and nice and helped us with everything

Just stopped in while driving the work truck for a quick snack. First impressions of the store were great, and the hot, ready, or cold ready meals sections was large and attractive with lots of options

This is by far the absolute best Sobeys around!! Best of any supermarket actually. Everyone is so knowledgeable and friendly. I love going there. Today’s helpful employee was Michelle at cash. Best in making sure deals go in properly and packing our bags. Playful and I feel like we’re friends. Outstanding!

Nice store. Well stocked. Cashier Margot was awesome. She made my day. First Valentine's Day alone and she put a smile on my face. She was pleasant and friendly. Definitely an asset to the store. Customer service she provided will make me come back

This store is immaculately clean, bright, and with an easy flow layout, which all compliment your shopping experience. The washroom was disgusting, but that is from the people that use them, can't aim, men who won't put the toilet seat up first, and then can't be bothered flushing. Not the store's fault, but perhaps they should be checked and cleaned more often than the blank page for the day indicated at 2pm. The store however, and the staff, are proud examples of the fine Sobeys and Empire Group ambassadors to the brand image. Bravo!

THIS IS CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS BEST! First time there, I was unfamiliar with the layout and couldn’t find certain items. Multiple staff were super helpful & friendly. Clean and bright store. I will definitely be returning!

Prices are high what place isn't. The staff are reasonably understandable when asking them questions and willing to help. The over all experience inside the building is clean and very welcoming and laid out rather well

First time visiting this Sobeys. What was supposed to be a quick run in turned into a full grocery shop. Loved the layout very well setup for covid-19. The cashier was the best part Margot(133) I believe she was very kind and spent time having wonderful conversation. 5 stars great customer service

Great store. Staff is super nice, everything is clean and very well laid out. Most of the time sobeys aren't laid out great but this one was super easy to find everything I needed. I had to ask the staff a few things but they were knowledgable and nice.

So I came in to Timberlea Sobeys at the last minute looking for an image on a cake.

Cassie Smith and Erin the Bakery Manager sorted my request that is normally 24 hours out. They saved me! Lol

Even the store manager Jay Allen came down to check on things. 😁

This place has made life a whole lot easier for my family. Great selections, clean store, and friendly staff. With any luck this area will see a lot more development with things like a gas station, food service, and a liquor store.

Very clean and well organized. Friendly staff. Make sure you remember to take your own bags for your groceries. They charge 10 cents a bag and is not plastic is a brown paper bag.
