Great store and good prices. Came camping and managed to forget a handful of things for the dogs which I was able to get here. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I shop here regularly. Always a great experience. The staff is so friendly and helpful. It is really great to have this store in Clearwater and not have to drive all the way to Kamloops for a pet store :)

Poorly informed staff with a terrible attitude. . We have several exotic pets and we have tried to tell them repeatedly what we we need in Sometimes they have it mostly they don't. The staff is the worst We were in store for a good half an hour and the manager was leaning on the counter staring at the wall Asked her a few questions and got service with a snarl Very snappy Had an emergency situation and needed something for one of my babies and they absolutely point blank refused to sell it me. Why ? because the kittens they had in were diseased. Some pet experts I'm taking our business back to Kamloops the manageress clearly doesn't need our business

Horrible severs order us a 400 doller producet and then never sold it to us .... staff is very miss informerd about animales and rude i would not recomoned this store ill take my business in to kamloops in the next time i spent alot of money in that store prier to as well id say avovied this store and go to kamlooops ive been keeping exotics 22+ years butt i am a local to to town coustmer
