Easily my favourite shop to go to in town. All the employees are always super friendly and helpful.
They even have a cute dog in there some days to greet you.

I have been coming to this shop for a couple of years now. Very clean and organized. The staff there is so friendly and knowledgeable, I always enjoy our chats 😊They have a large selection and variety of products. Their points program is really nice, as you earn points for every purchase which can then be used as money off your future purchases. They also deliver 👍🏻

Matt & Koda (the dog) are the best employees ever and this is the best vape store in the world!

I had purchased a device and after two weeks it was defective due to manufacturer error. After explaining this and doing a few tests Ben, the employee replaced my device free of charge. Absolutely great customer service. I would recommend this shop to anyone in town.

By far the most friendly and inviting vape shop I know I live in Lacombe and drive to red deer every time I need vape juice just because of the staff!

These 2 guys Matt & Joseph at Fluid Vape have gone above and beyond with every inquiry I’ve ever come in with. Had a mishap with a pod device recently & they spent an hour *happily* helping me out to solve it, not once did I feel rushed to leave while they tested juices until we had an answer. Unbeatable customer service, will never go to another store in Red Deer.

From this day forward I will only be going to Fluid Vape not only for their great selection of juice and vapes, but ultimately the customer service. Phenomenal customer service. I was helped by Matt and let me tell you this man deserves a raise. He went above and beyond trying to find the the right product for me. Glad I came in today.
