Great service

Since I have come to work at this location. I have more of an idea of some of the obstacles when working in a convenience store. They sometimes may not be perfect but are trying to give everyone great food and service. Don’t underestimate them.

I’m giving this place three stars for what will be the the most honest review I have had in awhile! Firstly the Tim Hortons in that location is amazing! Employees who I have deemed as friends are amazing to talk to not to mention pleasant and well at there job.

Now on to the 7-11 part of things. There are a few staff who I think are amazing (Carla and Tara!!) always positive! Willing to help and are kind people in general! Then there people like Doug and I’m not sure what the other ladys name is but she usually has curly hair, is taller, and always wears a cap.

Doug is the rudest guy I’ve met yet, like other people said he throws things, kicks people out, keeps people locked out (yes I have seen this and witnessed it) when there was no harm involved.

Then there’s the curly haired lady who can’t keep a snarky comment to her self. If I tell you I don’t want food I don’t want it. In fact keep your comments to your self especially the snarky ones when I’m trying to use your mobile checkout. You know who you are

Aside from those two nightmares 😑and the other two positive rays of sunshine ❤

The rest of the staff are pleasant and presentable! And share great customer service.

Good deals on items. I like the point system. But please find someone to work the night with a lot less attitude and who is a bit more pleasant than the one currently there. I don't spend $40 on multiple products and expect to receive attitude the way I did. I'm a pleasant person so it was completely unjustified.

Bags of chips are good don't expire for a couple weeks. Koala Nickel candies okay not squishy soft but still sort of soft?.
Slurpees lacking syrup practically flavorless ice. This 7-Eleven haphazardly packed a bag of my goodies inside I found an xl monster drink in the bag with my chips and my Danish 👎👀my Danish got smashed👀. My chips were partly smashed Took the appeal away from eating it 👎🫣
