Shoppers Drug Mart

I have a positive experience coming to this store for late-night shopping, whether for essentials or personal items. The store is equipped with disabled facilities and parking, which is convenient. The service is great, and the hours of operation are excellent, as they are open late, and the prices are reasonable. However, I find the pharmacy department a bit lacking in customer service. The staff members there are Asian (East Indian), and they were not very busy when I asked for their recommendation for over-the-counter medication for severe menstrual conditions. The response I received was, "Whatever is on the shelves." This wasn't very pleasant, making me feel like my concerns were not taken seriously. I understand everyone has moments, but good customer service should be a part of their job description. This behaviour can affect the store's reputation, although it doesn't reflect directly on the employee who helped me.

Friendly informative and helpful pharmaceutical staff but some of the staff members are a little to carried away on their theft control.the lady from the front end came into a private consultation for an injection trying to demand I put my backpack outside....I was a little put off to say the least but the pharmacist instructed her that it was ok and I went about my business. I am not a thief and I wasn't walking around a store stealing I am a paying customer and I deserve to be treated with respect

Great service! Had both Covid vaccinations done here and they were incredibly friendly, respectful and quite responsible regarding my health. The rest of the store has extremely helpful and kind staff. They either came down to my level in a very friendly yet discreet way, or happily reached for an item that I wasn't able to get myself, without question and without judgement. "Ableism" is a dirty word in this store and pharmacy. 💙💙💙
I have yet to go to the cosmetic section but will need to soon. I will either edit this or write a new review. But this store/pharmacy is most definitely worth your time and money (I found food, snacks, etc for less than most convenience stores like 7-11 charge 🤯!!!)

Hi I shop often at Shoppers Drug Mart and often I'm welcomed by a nice professional young lady. "later i found out that she is a loss prevention officer" In some of the reviews i found some very rude comments about her. Let me say something to those people. If you have nothing to hide you should not be offended that she is following you She is doing her job! Unfortunately this town got so bad that wee need her. So for the Loss Prevention Officer keep up the good work and thank you for keeping our store safe

I have been going into this shoppers for over a year great staff all very helpful! This past 2 months have had to go more often due to health. So I walk around the store a lot. On one of my walks drew the attention of a lady who started following me. Turns out she was one of loss prevention staff. After a breif chat she was satisfied I was waiting for my meds! I have been in the store many times since. She has always been deligant, courteous and very professional friendly and helpful at all times when she has interacted with me. I have also observed her interact with other customers in store. at least 30 times in past 60 days. Having been a retail manager I have frist hand experience how difficult the loss prevention staffs postion is. And at times dangerous! Having witnessed occasions were staff have been assulated. The lady i have come to know would be my pick to protect my investment in my store and to be repectful, helpful and friendly to my coustomers. Top notch 💯👍🏽

I went in this evening looking for makeup and I had the BEST customer experience anyone could ask for.
I was unknowledgeable and he helped me with everything I need. He never pressed on the expensive makeup showed me what he used and what he loved and how it worked. Never hesitated to go from one side of the store to the other with me.
If I had caught his name i would post it and show how amazing he was.
Today at 3 I clock I was in.
People make the experience better and he made my night completely!

The store is always clean and stocked, the employees are all so friendly and helpful. Big shout out to Linda for always going above and beyond and always doing it with a smile!

Google maps for "Shoppers - Village Mall" will take you to the wrong place. This Shoppers Drug Mart is across from Parkland mall. Had to call for directions and go through the answering machine options before finding a real person to give directions. He was very helpful and kind and I'm sure the store is nice.

Went in here, needing a prescription filled urgently after a day surgery and after being told by my normal place it was a 4 hour wait, these guys moved me to the front of the line and filled my prescription in under 5 minutes. Huge shout out and props to the pharmacy team here, you guys are amazing! Thanks

Kind courteous staff and one of my favourite stores to shop in having great products and fast friendly advice from knowledgeable staff with a good selection of products that might not be found anywhere else or you may find specific products that isn't in stock or available anyplace elsewhere 😊

24 hour drug store has saved us many times as our kids woke up at three in the morning needing meds. There staff are so helpful.
