Shoppers Drug Mart

I'm going to give an odd review. 5 star. I'm a local. This place has great staff. Often local kids getting started and looking for a part time job. But the staff is so nice and helpful. Pharmacists especially are kind and always helpful. The reason I say this review is odd is that I do have an issue with the accuracy of the actual medications filled. The amount of times we get someone else's meds or wrong meds makes me shudder. Because these are mistakes we can pick up when we read the label. But we have had other people's meds. Or meds from a long time ago that we haven't taken in years or doses and directions not what the doctor told us. So as a young person I catch the mistakes but I wonder about older people. Or someone who doesn't pay attention as well. So this is a stellar store with amazing people working. But 99 percent accuracy with 1000 prescriptions means 10 people get bad prescriptions and could be fatal.

This is my favorite drug store. The staff are friendly and they always have their sale items in stock. The pharmacy team is very accommodating, knowledgeable and quick to offer advice when asked. Shopper's Drug Mart may be a "chain" store, but they make sure you are treated like family here.

I can't say enough great things about Leslie in cosmetics! She is so knowledgable in her field and a great sales lady to boot! She is a great asset to your store!

Our go-to drug store. We shop at Shoppers in Fall River quite frequently, and get all of our prescription meds from Shoppers.

I'm also big into vitamins, natural supplements and herbal remedies and buy all that stuff at Shoppers. I never buy any of it at regular prices (because it is WAY overpriced), I always wait for a sale.

Also, we use Shoppers as our main Canada Post post office. The staff is very friendly and efficient and always move the lines very quickly. We are big Amazon shoppers, so often times we stop in to Shoppers to either pick up or return items. Return shipping is so easy and painless with the Canada Post at Shoppers.

Talk to Lesley in cosmetics, she'll always give you a hand! Love her.

The staff and pharmacists at this location actually care about their patients and people they serve. They have always gone above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I can’t recommend this place enough !!

Love this store and pharmacists but Why would you have a staff member on floor wearing only a shield?????

I have brought this up to manager in past..work in back..inventory but not in PUBLIC PLEASE. Shouldnt be dangerous to go to drugstore!!!!!!!

Late last night my wife became ill called pharmacy and the pharmacist was amazing and went beyond to assist her. Five stars well deserved
