By far the best prices on liquids and plenty of options for disposables. Most importantly the staff are really nice and helpful. I went in there not knowing much about what to buy and they walked me through it and made great suggestions. You can tell that they enjoy working there. For over 2 years this is my go to spot for anything vape related

I have always had great interactions with here. Products are high quality, prices are fair, customer service is fair and honest. They know what they are selling. If I ask “do you have something like this flavour?” They always have suggestions. Plus they just renovated the place recently and it’s super clean and inviting to come into. The employees are just nice dudes. No pressure to buy anything and only suggest things they think I might like not what they need to sell. Great place!

This is the type of vape shop I've been looking for! They have good prices, great and knowledgeable staff, and a fair selection. They can satisfy all vaping needs!

Real white-glove experience ordering from them. The guy who deals with shipping wasn't in on Sunday when I called, so the clerk gave me the e-mail of the owner, who replied back very quickly, and even came in later that day to give me an invoice, then had my order shipped out at 9am the next morning. They really went above-and-beyond, constant communication. For me communication is always the reason i'll shop at one place over another, when they take my patronage seriously I respect that. Was a great experience, would def buy from them again.

Paid a visit to this shop to get help trouble shooting my vape issue. The guy at the counter was very helpful and fixed my issue right away. I didn't realize I forgot my wallet and actually had no $ on me! He literally said "its on the house" & told me not to worry about it. Although it was only a few bucks, this gesture really left a good impression. He also gave me a drip tip for my vape because mine was loose. He did all this with a smile on his face and was really genuine. Stellar customer service. I'll definitely go back there and recommend to everyone!!!! A+ :)

Staff are really friendly and very helpful here. Only had great experiences and there is lots of selection. They carry vapour junkie which is a juice without sweetner. Really appreciate it. Keep up the good work guys!

These guys are fantastic!

First time in the vaping circle and I e-mailed them using their contact form from their website, not only did I get a quick response back from the owner, I also got all the information I was looking for. I went into BFV same day and was greeted by the friendliest and most informative sales rep.

Amazing knowledgeable friendly staff. Great selection of vaping box mods and accessories at very reasonable prices. Wide range of e-juice flavours . I came in to store in September of 2017 with the intention of quitting smoking. I was given a crash course in vaping equipment that would my needs. Shown and sampled various juice flavours. Given detailed but easy to understand hands on instructions on use and Care of my chosen box mod and accessories. Had all of my questions answered. Walked out with everything I needed to get started at a very reasonable price and confident that this would work. All previous attempts with other methods having failed. Haven't touched a cigarette since 9 months and going strong. That you to the staff for all the support and encouragement along the way. Highly recommend if you were like me or a currently the the journey, stop in to check out the shop. You will not be disappointed.
P.S. To the owner, you have to get your website up and running. Would make the shopping experience complete.

This is my favorite vape shop in town. I have been to others in town and got sub par service, bullfrog is very friendly and knowledge. Inviting atmosphere, always able to help me find just what I need to suit what I am looking for, they don't sell you what they want they sell you what you need. Their freak n salty line is a great line for alternative smoking.

Amazing service. Especially during COVID. Grateful they have maintained the free delivery service after restrictions were lifted. Also, a great resource for smokers looking to quit/information on vaping. Always friendly, always helpful!

Very knowledgeable, welcoming and warm staff make this place the best place I know of in town to buy your vaping products. The owner stands behind his products and any time I've had an issue he was right there ready with the solution. I would give this business extra stars if I could!

The best vape shop. The employees are amazing at making you feel comfortable and are very knowledgeable. I find most other vape shops more expensive as well and bullfrog is the only one around here that carries my favourite line. Plus, they have a points card which is amazing.

Great costumer service and a really nice atmosphere. No pressure sails and a good variety of flavors. I'll keep going here. Almost 3 weeks without a smoke. Already feel better.

Stopped in with a friend a few months ago shortly after I had started using a vape to quit smoking. The staff provided me with some great information as well as some amazingly flavoured liquid (Bottom of the Bowl!!). Ever since that visit, Bullfrog is my stop for all things vape! Highly recommended.

The manager Mark and his employees are super cool guys. Very informative and honestly help you with anything you need.
If you've ever been to other vape shops than you know the feeling you can get. It's almost like you are a waste of their time. It's like they are a secret society and You aren't invited.
My biggest annoyance with vape stores in general is the shops that really try to hustle the newbies. DON'T hustle people who are trying to quit smoking or else they will feel like smoking is the only thing they should do.
With all that being said, Bullfrog Vape shop is top Notch. They have the best prices on liquids, hands down. Mark builds killer Fused Clapton's.
If you want to quit, and you should, why not try a less harmful alternative to the "stinky sticks". Go to Bullfrog and they will hook you up with a starter kit and some delicious e-liquid. And yeah, the price will initially be high at first, but that's just the initial purchase. You will only need to buy liquid after that.
Just think about how much you spend on smokes.
