Walmart Supercentre

Store was excellent. I was in a rush and I was checking out at a very fast rate because the store was closing in 15 minutes and thankfully the store employees were understanding as this was a grocery delivery. I even managed to rip the receipt box open but my apologies, thanks to the staff I have delivered them in a safely timed manner !

I called to get information and to speak with a manager. The customer service representative, Julie, was very polite and helpful. Julie went out of her way to help me get an answer and to resolve my issue. My experience with this Walmart was a very positive one!

Update Review Jan 8th 2024: Two amazing employees named Eric and Matthew assisted me with taking my new toaster oven to my car. I did not have a dollar for a cart so Eric had assistance brought over to me promptly and Matthew was the person that helped carry it to my car. Both employees did a fantastic job at assisting me. Walmart, please give them a raise and keep them around!

Review created 9 months ago: As I was leaving this location and I about to load my scooter in the car a lovely individual named Conner offered to assist me with loading my Scooter in the car. Conner had wonderful customer service!! Absolutely amazing that there is still people in the world like Conner assisting those in need. Thank you so much for your help Conner!!!

I was hoping if I did the survey I could leave a good review for both Team Members. That’s the only reason I did the survey but you actually can’t leave a customer review after the survey. Walmart dropped the ball on that one!

I had assistance from the male pharmacist today and he went above and beyond the call of duty to answer my questions and assist me. He was incredibly kind and compassionate. 10/10 excellent customer service and just a very good person

come to this Walmart location sometimes. staff are usually really nice especially the one who sits down greeting people coming in and coming out. Good clothes selection and shoe collection too.

An amazing place, I have to say! The service is accessible when you call a department to inquire about anything, and staff are very helpful and friendly! :) it is also extremely organized here, which makes things so much easier for customers!!

The pick-up/delivery team is always on point. Courteous and kind. Anytime I've had an issue they've been quick to clear it up and make sure I get my groceries on time. I had a doordash delivery driver flake out today and I did not receive my order and sketchily refuse to help me, the team picked it immediately and sent it out. I appreciate the gentleman that answered and helped me today :)

My experience was epic 😊 the front end team at this store was a phenomenal help. I ordered a backpack online and was sent the wrong color. I tried to return it at the north Oshawa store and no one would help me. I come to South Oshawa Rola gave amazing customer service and Jalal returned the backpack no problem. I will definitely keep coming back to this location because of the quality customer service 🙂

The staff here, especially Corrine and Lori, went above the call of duty and searched hard to find the product we were looking for ! THEY FOUND IT ! It was not easy to find !

Right off the hwy and had to pick bbq and drinks for the cottage .

Great experiences both inside and out. I usually do online orders for pickup. They are fast, polite, and handle your items like it's theirs.

Never much problem with stock. Some staff are more helpful than others, like any business. Some of the people from the area are a little rough around the edges and sometimes you get free entertainment while shopping.

These stores are waaay too big. There isn’t any parking near the doors, so you have to park your car pretty far away. The lay out of the store doesn’t feel like it makes sense.

The most highlighting thing about this Walmart would be the “vision care doctor” she is just amazing. I have never met such a humble, polite, kind and honest doctor. I went in because I had red eye and I was irritating me from last 2 days. Any other Walmart would charge $90 for checkup, but the doctor here came out and before the $90 checkup she wanted to see if it is worth spending my $90. She wrote what eye drops should I take and told me how to take them at the spot. Without charging anything. She literally made my day.

Kelly M is a shining star ! The best costumer service rep I have ever met ! I watched her helping an elderly man with such patience and kindness. Then she took me to help me find an item with such grace and dedication ! Anyone that comes in her presence truly is gifted ! Please give this Wonder Woman a huge Christmas bonus and a heavy raise !!! You are very lucky to have her ! 😇

Also shout out to Gord the greeter ! I was carrying my food processor and about to put it down so I could put on my coat and this fine gentleman said ‘here let me hold that for you” that’s VIP service !!!!! At Walmart !!!!!!! Thanks so much Gord ! You are awesome 🤩

It's a good place, but there's not always what you're looking for.

Dealt with Natalie in the Garden center on the weekend she was super helpful, knowledgeable
and went above & beyond to help us get
everything we needed for our garden season. Excellent service, thanks again Natalie

I was there today and accidentally left my wallet in the store. I thought I heard them page me, but wasn't sure. Left the store then realized I didn't have my wallet. Luckily some very honest person had turned it in to customer service. The customer service person immediately knew about it when I got there and gave it back to me promptly. Many thanks!
