Maxi Gatineau, des Flandres

Like this place and great to have more Maxi store around Gatineau.

This is such a great store. Always parking available, rarely any lines lasting for than a moment or two, all of the staff here are very professional and hardworking. I appreciate the focus on local products when they are in season as well. I go here several times a week for produce and odds and ends and every trip takes less than 10 minutes.

They got fresh produce. Great staff. Great organization. Great value. And they usually never run out of parking space.
They're essential to a lot of people that live nearby.

Friendly staff, no self check out is great, and they pack your groceries to boot. Love this place.

I live down the street from this gerocery store. I will prob buy from them for the rest of my life. Its a goid thing they are all so friendly. Evem though I am an anglaphone, they always make me feel comfortable im my language as well as being able to practice my french when ever I go. The ladies who work the cash are polite and some have become friends of mine. Shelves are always stocked and even though its not public, if you need to use the bathroom they will let you. The manager who is a very attractive woman is always polite and she is always there. Not meny local gerocery stores even if its a chain it still feels like your own little market. One young man is always helpful too. But I don't know much about the heads of the other departments. I wish they would take a more public role. I think the only thing that store needs is more awareness. Its tucked in a little corner of Des Flanders. So it can be overlooked since you see the rear loading dock from the freeway instead of the quaint cute little market in front. Yes with wal-mart around the corner why would you go to a store less than half the size. Because when I go to wal-mart nobody knows who i am and I like it when I have a relationship and a person who knows me if im going to give them my business for along time. Its just what makes this place great the people and personality. Why go anywere elce?

Small grocery store, but has everything one needs. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Open till 11 pm 7 days a week is convenient too.

Very friendly staff and people. Well stocked and good for a quick in and out visit. I visited on good Friday and they were open!
