The service was excellent. The person at the counter explained each and everything in detail and was very transparent. Overall my experience was great. Friendly and helpful owner. I would certainly book Uhaul at this location next time

I absolutely love coming here! Mostly just to talk to the store owners haha (and of course I get what I need!) 😊 Both Lovey and her husband go above and beyond to be friendly, courteous and helpful to customers!! And sometimes their cute daughters are in the store doing their homework and it’s really nice to see them too. Its just a very likeable, family run business 💘 I always look forward to visiting and supporting them!!

I once paid for my items and the owner noticed he forgot to charge me for my pack of gum. When I returned he mentioned this and I paid the extra for him. With his kind attitude he offered a small candy for my daughter, for the inconvenience. Not required but extremely appreciated!

Amazing store and owners! We rented a Uhaul at this location and they were super friendly and knowlagable making it an enjoyable experiance. Our paper work was also processed in a timely manor and we were in our rental truck in a jiffy!

Picked up the uhaul truck from here, I have to say that what an awesome customer service.
Sohan was phenomenal.

So I just got a u haul trailer from these guys and just dropped in midnight.
The customer service was great no doubt but about the trailer, it was smelling so bad that somehow I took my stuff in it and now I probably have to clean and sanitize all my stuff as it was smelling like a rotten animal inside it. So, they should have made sure before handing it to the next customer whether it’s clean or not.
Really bad experience for the trailer!

I find them rud and not helpfull at all twice i go there for my packages and They're not there and they dont help you to ffind out why when i have the tracking number that its been delivered there twice thats happened
