Last year we decided to make a significant life change as we both retired from our respective jobs. After visiting almost all of the RV Dealers in the Ottawa area we landed on 417 RV after many hours and days of searching. We arrived at 417 RV late in the day just before closing. While walking around for a very short period of time Nick McIntosh came out and introduced himself. Nick walked us through a few models of interest. He was down to earth, knowledgeable, patient and friendly. We spent several weeks contemplating the exact RV that would meet our needs. Nick was always available, we finally chose to order a 3941FO Montana from Keystone RV. After several months of pestering Nick with questions and conference calls with the folks at Keystone we ordered our RV. We cannot express how pleased we are with the overall service and attention to detail. The RIG turned out to be better than we thought. We highly recommend 417 RV! We purchased our first RV here and had a great experience. From Marc the salesman, who showed us many RVs until we found our favorite, into financing which went smoothly, and then set up for demo and delivery with Patricia, who is amazing! Today we went for our demo of our RV , the Montana High Country 2024
, and when we arrived it was all set up with slides and awnings out! Patricia made sure we were comfortable and then we went with Paul , who did an outstanding job of giving detailed instructions for everything inside and outside of the RV. He was very patient and easy going and thorough!! We asked many questions and he took time to give more explanations. Paul then delivered our RV to the camping spot which was excellent. It was such a pleasure to meet such kind and helpful people !

Sam in service was amazing thru this process. They replaced the door on my trailer and changed the decals on the front. She was a pleasure to speak with very polite and friendly. The hole service department really worked together as a team and the trailer was ready the next day. The service department really made me feel like family. Great job service you’re the reason I will keep coming back

We recently acquired our first RV from 417! The overall experience was excellent. Our sales rep Nick was very knowledgeable and along with Dan, helped us choose the perfect trailer for our needs. Paul C. secured a fantastic rate for our financing. On delivery day, Paul T. provided us with a comprehensive walk-through to explain all the features of our new RV. The after sales service has also been excellent, with Patricia assisting us to get our new truck outfitted with a weight distribution hitch. Christi and Jacques in Service helped with the trailer balancing and a test drive. We couldn’t be happier with the friendly, helpful staff at 417 and look forward to working with them in the future.

We met Marc, Dan, and Paul through the CT Centre RV sale, and boy were we lucky! It has been an amazing process so far. Marc and Dan spent time with us answering our questions. The most remarkable part was them asking specific questions regarding our tow vehicle (wow a RV dealer that cares about ensuring towing capabilities! It is scary the number of dealers that will sell overweight trailers). This dealer has integrity, is honest, and transparent! From the negotiations, to signing the paperwork... the entire process has been AMAZING! One of the BEST purchasing experiences we have ever had! The only bad thing is that we have to wait 6 long months to use our beautiful new trailer (hey 417Rv…anything you could do about that!!! 😝).

We have purchased a trailer twice from 417RV, and both times we have been served by Sales Rep Mirel Bica. For someone who is still new to trailer ownership (and purchasing used trailers), he is so wonderful to point out the differences between trailers that we may not have considered, and it truly helps us get the trailer that is right for us. We feel comfortable with our purchase and no fears that we are driving away with something that may come with “unexpected surprises”. We find the prices very fair here, and a great selection to choose from!

We had the pleasure of meeting Mirel And Nick. We were interested in the Keystone products which we were looking to upgrade with the one we had. Mirel was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping us make the right decision with the Keystone Passport SL we selected. We picked up our trailer in the early spring with the help of Patricia and Paul who gave us the orientation of the trailer. Thank you Paul! I can’t remember the gentleman’s name from service who also went over the stabilizer bar and hitch for our truck. He did a fantastic job! We had the pleasure of being out with our Keystone over the last month and it has surpassed our expectations. We found in our travels that we had a feature on our Keystone trailer that we had and were missing a controller for this. I stopped in and spoke to Mirel and Nick in Sales about it and they referred me to service. Samantha in service helped us with trying to find the controller and also with scheduling our service appointment. Christie the Service Manager called us to verify that she had the controller. I picked it up from Patricia this week. Overall our experience with the Staff at 417 RV has been a real pleasure. We will definitely recommend them in our travels!

I’ve purchased 3 campers now from 417 rv and all were in amazing shape and condition. 417 rv goes above and beyond with customer care and inventory care. For example I have some mobility issues and mirel - sales, was kind and eager to help me out, He toured us around on a golf cart while listening and chatting about my wants and needs in a camper while viewing inventory on site to keep my walking to a minimal. Christi in service is an awesome lady to deal with. If you ever have any issue she’s the first call and the first person to help fix or make the situation right. I also spoke with a lovely lady Patricia who helped finalize delivery and walk through of my new camper and insured I had no further questions or concerns. Overall an amazing experience not only this last trade of mine but the last 2. Keep up the amazing work !

The good folks at 417rv went above and beyond when the leg on our 5th wheel got bent and they fixed it right away. Thanks to them our vacation was saved. I’m now sitting back on my campsite enjoying a cold beer and able to write this review all thanks to their amazing customer service.

We had the pleasure of dealing primarily with Mirel, but also Dan and Christi. Mirel is a very honest and transparent sales person. Kind, willing to answer the phone or email at any time of day/night. We felt no pressure tactics, the process was efficient, they walked us through all aspects of the sale and the trailer. There were a few issues that needed to be dealt with (purchasing a used trailer with our trade-in) and these were handled very professionally, quickly and they helped to support us in the process of deciding key details that were of no benefit to them. Even after the trailer was purchased, the support was still there...making sure they left us a happy customer, even when they didn't have to support us anymore. Nothing but compliments to this team, from start to finish. I will definitely consider dealing with 417RV again and my appreciation to Mirel and Christi in particular. Excellent people, top notch experience. We can't wait to put this trailer to use in the spring!

Even tho we didn't end up buying a trailer from 417, I cannot be happier with the experience we received from Mirel and Dan! Both worked their butts off to try and find something that fit our life style. They were EXTREMELY honest unlike most RV places. Everything was clear and precise. Just an amazing experience.

Love love the people. All the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. You don’t need to be there to communicate with all of them easy to talk. Communication is so easy. Had our trailer repaired twice at RV Canada. Issues not resolved. 417 RV went above and beyond to fix the issue. Samantha, the Service Coordinator, is excellent. Highly recommend the service department.

It has been a great experience thus far. We contacted 417RV for a specific make and model and we received a prompt response that they did have it in stock.

The salesperson Mirel went above and beyond to answer every question we had. He was open and honest and patient and even provided information to us on his day off. A good person makes all the difference in the experience.

We were also connected with the finance manager Jacques who was very humble and professional. He made the financial part of our experience easy and enjoyable.
