JAK's Beer Wine Spirits

I popped into this Jak's location to talk about a bulk order for my wedding and the person I spoke to was just so warm and easy to work with. Even though I came in with like a week to spare, Assistant Manager Jeremy was genuinely determined to make that tight turnaround work.

The prices are what they are; the province actually uses fees and taxes on supply to put privates at a competitive disadvantage, so you can't really blame the business itself for that. In all the ways that are under their control, my experience at this location was really welcoming and helpful. Would happily come back.

A very welcome return to Dunbar. What impressed me was the large number of craft brewed stouts - especially imperial stouts. This sets them apart from most other retailers on Vancouver's west side. You are lucky if they have any stouts at all - other than Guinness. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Ganjin and Joseph were awesome! This store is the new location for university students. Great prices and great associates. Also good selection!

The craft beer selection here is quite extensive and the staff were very knowledgeable and helped me pick out some great beers that I had not yet tried. It is also one of the few places in Vancouver that I've found that sells single cans and not just large single bottles.

Popped in for a few bombers and needed a bottle of white. Fantastic help from the staff from affirming my beer choices (Cheers!) to selecting the BC Chardonnay. I'll be back and you should go!

Great little private liquor store. Prices are always good and the selection is top notch. They always have sales and promotions to keep things interesting. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful.
