Wonderful friendly, knowledgeable staff who took the time to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. As some wood samples were a bit faded they even offered to send home a drawer from a showroom piece so we could be sure it was the right choice for us. Great quality furniture that is truly for a lifetime! We are so pleased with quality, service and delivery! Purchased a dining room table with chairs and a full bedroom set. Superior service and so happy we chose Penwood , highly recommend these folks!!

After, in person, shopping at two high end furniture shops with Made in China everywhere, we came to Penwood.
Solid, well made, by local, Canadian, craftsmen for similar price points. Joel was more than patient with us. No pressure, but there to answer all questions and educate us on the product and background. We left confident in our purchase. Can't wait to accept delivery of our Modern Shaker bedroom set. I just received my dining table from Penwood and I couldn’t be happier about it. From showroom to delivery, I had a great experience. Joel helped me choose exactly what I wanted for my table - he gave excellent advice, was very patient and never pushy. The delivery experience was seamless also - they communicated clearly, arrived on time, were careful about fitting the piece through my awkwardly narrow front door and set up the table efficiently. I believe I got excellent value for my money, and the quality can’t be beaten. I love my new table!!

Excellent, high quality furniture. They even let me bring home a chair without any deposit to make sure I liked how it looked in my house. They go above and beyond to make sure you feel valued.

We were looking for a dining table, chairs, TV stand, coffee table and end tables. Because our two rooms flow into one another, we wanted things to matchup. So after weeks of frustrating search's (overpriced, miss matched, low quality junk), we decide to go to Penwood Hand Crafted Furniture in Morriston to check out custom made furniture. I was impressed from the moment I walked in. Joel was easy to talk with and gave us some great advise on colour and style. If we didn't like the size, colour or wanted to add or remove something, its not a problem to change. The price in total was less than we would have paid elsewhere and the quality is way better. We won't receive our furniture for three months yet but everything I saw in the showroom looked and felt amazing. My wife and I were there less than two hours and I it was without doubt the least stressful furniture shopping experience I've had in weeks. I love the variety of furniture they have here. We purchased a beautiful custom dining room table with 8 chairs, an office desk, filling cabinet and a hutch. Penwood is my favourite place to purchase furniture. My parents bought their "nice" furniture from them and my husband and I are carrying on the tradition. We have made several large purchases from Penwood and each piece is beautiful, solid, and of exceptional quality. One of my favourite pieces they made just from looking at a picture I had shown them and it gets many compliments. It has been money very well spent. In addition, their customer service stands apart from other places we have shopped. They went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied and when a colour was wrong due to a misunderstanding (mostly my fault) they made it right. I recommend them without reservation!

In June my husband and I, using a catalogue, purchased a Contempo 4 piece TV unit made out of worm maple - royal stain from the Penwood furniture store in Morriston, ON. We recently received it! We absolutely love the TV stand, the quality is unremarkable, and so we cannot imagine our home without it! The service in the store was fantastic, everyone was very knowledgeable and helpful. We went in with very limited knowledge on wood types, stains, finishes, etc and were very satisfied by their patience and friendliness. We had never purchased a custom piece of quality wood furniture before and had been shopping around for a couple of months. The delivery guys were great too! We wish we could post the picture of my furniture here to share it's beauty :). Thank you again! We recommend this store 100%.

I bought 2 unfinished white cedar Muskoka chairs, 2 matching foot stools and a side table from Penwood Furniture in Morristown, ON. They are beautifully crafted, sturdy and well-made, we get so many compliments on them! I live in Montreal and found them on a visit to Ontario. We bought the chairs and then ordered the other pieces during the year from them over the phone. Their staff is first rate, very helpful and polite and really know their merchandise. Penwood is a real find for us since we looked at so many places in Quebec and could not find anything that nice and well-made for the price!

Easily the best furniture we've ever bought. The service was exceptional and Micheal made everything so easy to setup. He was in and out in half an hour (pre-COVID) and I've been enjoying the beauty and ruggedness of this Mennonite bed for nearly two years. I'm a lifetime customer for sure.

We bought a custom made hardwood rustic/modern 14 foot dining table. What AMAZING craftsmanship. It exceeded our expectations. Greg is knowledgable, professional and has quite the design eye. He was a pleasure to work with and we love referring him to all our family and friends! He even came by weeks later to inspect the table! Truly, a personal touch. Buy from these guys!
