Wonderful service from a highly knowledgeable saddle-fitter, who cares greatly about what she does. Emily measured us and our mares up for new Kent & Masters saddles. Timelines for product delivery were exactly as promised. Fitting went well. Emily never rushed at any point in the process, and was happy to provide useful answers to all of our questions. At no point in the process were there any "surprises". Highly recommended, and we will go back to her again.

Have had Emily out to adjust my saddle several times and she has done a great job. Very thorough and always explains why she does what she does with the saddle. Tells you up front if the saddle does not work for the horse and why. Also does all the necessary leather work if required for billets and special fit bridles. Highly recommended.

My horse had such a issue with his back and saddle fit. Emily came in to suggest the best saddle type and then fit it to him. I noticed a major difference in his entire attitude around being saddled and ridden. you can tell how much Emily cares about the horses and riders. She goes above and beyond to ensure you have what you need to keep the horse happy and comfortable!

Emily with Scotia Saddlery is amazing. She was specific about what I needed while I was trying to find a second hand western saddle for my gelding, and she stopped into the barn for lots of fittings to ensure I didn't purchase one that wouldn't benefit my horse. When I made the decision to switch to English she let me try a bunch of saddles she had in stock so I could find one that my guy liked as much as I did. My horse went from trying to bite while being saddled, to falling asleep.
