Needs Convenience Trenton

There are 3 employees there 1 a nice Younger guy 2 an older woman 3 a mean and rude older gentlemen I have never given him a reason to be like that but the nice older women was ok and the guy

If you’re going to have people “look at the camera” before they go in after 10pm, have a sign where a person is to look. The guy kept coming on the buzzer to “look at the camera” but wouldn’t stay on the buzzer long enough to hear me asking where it was. He then came on and told me if I didn’t look at the camera I’d have to leave. Cool. Tell me where the camera is and I’ll look because it’s not visible where ever it is.

He then said something about my mask (I couldn’t hear what it was) so I pulled it down and looked around for the camera to show my face. Still couldn’t see the camera. Buddy wouldn’t tell me where to look / wouldn’t answer my question, just kept coming on to tell me to “look at the camera or leave so I said “forget it” and left.

I get there needs to be security measures, but make it visible where someone has to look / if they’re clearly looking up and visibly confused, point them where they need to be looking, and maybe stay on the buzzer long enough if someone has a question / don’t be rude about it. 🙄

I normally don’t go to this needs, it was just on the way home from where I was. Definitely won’t be in the future

Worst store ever. The employees are nothing but rude and ignorant towards people.. will never go back again
